★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço péssimo, paguei para fazer alinhamento e balanceamento (rodízios de pneus) no dia 28-03-2022 e se meu marido não estivesse prestando atenção só fariam o alinhamento, depois do serviço liberaram o carro sem testar o serviço. O carro, que estava bom, antes do serviço agora está "jogando" para direita , voltamos a loja hoje dia 31-03-2022 e falamos o que está acontecendo; o gerente Marcelo nem tomou conhecimento, quem atendeu foi o Mateus e ele pegou o carro e aparentemente fizeram o alinhamentos de novo , fizeram o serviço e não testaram o carro e ao liberar o carro o Mateus disse se aparecesse o problema de novo que voltassemos lá; mal saímos e ao andar com o carro a direção jogando para a direita. Vamos pagar outra empresa para fazer o serviço bem feito . NUNCA MAIS, e alerto CUIDADO SE FOREM PROCURAR O SERVIÇO DA JOCAUTO.
Terrible service, I paid for alignment and balancing (tire rotation) on 2022-03-28 and if my husband wasn't paying attention they would just do the alignment, after the service they released the car without testing the service. The car, which was fine, before the service is now "playing" to the right, we returned to the store today on 03/31/2022 and we talk about what is happening; the manager Marcelo didn't even know, who answered was Mateus and he took the car and apparently they did the alignment again, they did the service and didn't test the car and when releasing the car Mateus said if the problem appeared again that we would go back there ; as soon as we got out and when driving the car the steering turned to the right. Let's pay another company to do the job well. NEVER AGAIN, and I warn BEWARE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR JOCAUTO SERVICE.
