Um belo dia resolvi comprar 5 fichas parar aspirar o carro (R$ 5,00). Coloquei 3 fichas no aparelho e liguei. Apesar do motor funcionar nada aspirava. Funcionário próximo vendo a situação correu e conseguiu fazer funcionar mas imediatamente o aparelho desligou. Funcionário então disse que inobstante o numero de fichas colocadas o aparelho funcionava o tempo apenas de uma ficha. Nada nas instruções dizia sobre isto., como ele vira o ocorrido disse me que não podia devolver meu dinheiro e pediu me que ligasse a sua gerencia. Fiz isto e fui informado que deveria ligar outra oportunidade pois quem podia rsolver não estava.
De que adianta ficarem disputando preço do combustível se em outra ponta roubam descaradamente seus clientes.
Logico que pelo valor que fui roubado já me dediquei tempo demais, então so me resta afirmar: nunca mais abasteço em qualquer posto dessa rede .
Muito inteligente a politica que adotam, perdem receita de 150 reais por semana, perdem definitivamente um cliente pela gana de enganarem clientes em R$ 3,00
For months I supplied weekly (filling the tank) at the station of Princess Isabel.
One fine day I decided to buy 5 tokens to vacuum the car ($ 5.00). I put 3 chips in the machine and called. Despite the engine running nothing aspired. Close employee seeing the situation ran and managed to make it work but immediately the appliance hung up. Employee then said that regardless of the number of plugs placed the appliance worked the time only of a chip. Nothing in the instructions said about it. As he had seen it, he told me that he could not return my money and asked me to call his management. I did this and was informed that I should call another opportunity because anyone who could answer was not.
What's the use of disputing the price of fuel if at another end they blatantly steal your customers.
Logic that for the value that I was stolen I spent too much time, so I can only say: I will never again supply at any station in this network.
Very smart the policy they adopt, lose revenue of 150 reais per week, definitely lose a customer for the sake of deceiving customers in R $ 3,00

The service is good and so is the fuel. I have been refueling on site for a few years and have never had a problem. There is no oil change.
