Hoje por volta das 20h40 aguardávamos na fila quando os funcionários encerraram o atendimento na nossa vez. Deixamos de abastecer o tanque e um deles disse de forma estúpida para nós "já era, já era", demonstrando péssimo profissional!!!
Terrible attendance!
Today around 8:40 pm we were waiting in line when the employees ended the service on our turn. We stopped supplying the tank and one of them said stupidly to us "it was, it was already", showing a terrible professional !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento de péssimo,gerente do posto grosso ,ignorante,péssimo profissional!fica um alerta para o dono do posto!abasteci 100 reais de etanol semana passada ,meu carro não rodol 80 km ,voltei lá para tentar resolver o problema ,saber alguma resposta do acontecido fui tratado de forma desrespeitosa pelo gerente ,juro por Deus que vou atrás dos meus direitos ,e quando eu tiver uma resposta da ANP irei com o maior prazer processar o gerente do posto por desrespeito ao consumidor e pela arrogância dele !pq não foi só essa vez q ele fez isso comigo !enfim,não indico esse posto nem para meu pior inimigo !
Terrible customer service, manager of the wholesale station, ignorant, terrible professional! I got an alert for the owner of the station! I supplied 100 reais of ethanol last week, my car does not roll 80 km, I went back there to try to solve the problem, to know some answer from happened I was treated disrespectfully by the manager, I swear to God I’m going after my rights, and when I have an answer from the ANP I’ll be happy to sue the station manager for disrespecting the consumer and his arrogance! this time he did it to me! anyway, I do not recommend this post even to my worst enemy!
