I found it through Google and went through the reviews described here. Simple, cozy place, fair price, had an agreement with parking that is right in front, and tasty food.

Melhor lugar para comer diariamente e eventualmente também, naqueles dias em que uma comida de verdade, um feijão e um arroz é a pedida. Não manjo do valor por quilo, mas a opção de valor por prato pronto, ou de comer a vontade é sucesso.
Family atmosphere, homemade food, very simple and cheap. Best place to eat daily and eventually also, on those days when real food, beans and rice is the order. I don't know the value per kilo, but the option of value per ready dish, or to eat as you please is a success.
