★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência terrível de atendimento, hoje novamente fui abastecer meu carro, para utilizar o aplicativo "E-gasosa" que oferece desconto e o frentista abasteceu e somente depois avisou que o aplicativo estava fora do ar. O aplicativo está funcionando, mas eles não aceitam dar o desconto e ficam com desculpas esfarrapadas. Sem falar que o atendimento em geral é péssimo, não oferecem nenhum tipo de serviço adicional. Não recomendo para ninguém esse posto!!!
Terrible service experience, today I went to fill up my car again, to use the "E-gasosa" app, which offers a discount, and the attendant filled it up and only later warned that the app was down. The app is working, but they don't accept the discount and are left with lame excuses. Not to mention that the service in general is terrible, they do not offer any additional service. I don't recommend this post to anyone!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este é o melhor posto de gasolina de Campinas! Façam o teste: encha o tanque do seu veículo neste posto e faça a contagem da quilometragem até entrar na reserva. Depois vá em qualquer outro posto e faça o mesmo. Vc perceberá o quanto a gasolina do posto Princesa rende muito mais!!!
This is the best gas station in Campinas! Take the test: fill your vehicle's tank at this station and count the mileage until you enter the reserve. Then go to any other post and do the same. You'll notice how much more gasoline from the Princesa station yields!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conseguem fazer o milagre de colocar mais combustível que a capacidade do tanque. Em um carro de 50 litros, na bomba marca que foi abastecido 56 litros, isso porque o tanque nem estava vazio... além disso, o preço na bomba é maior que o exposto no banner. Lamentável.
They manage to do the miracle of putting more fuel than the capacity of the tank. In a 50 liter car, at the pump it says 56 liters was filled, that's because the tank wasn't even empty... in addition, the price at the pump is higher than what is shown in the banner. Unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, fiquei no caixa mais de 5 minutos para pagar duas águas, e quando eu chamei o frentista para cobrar os produtos, ele me disse que a prioridade são dos carros, que abastecem. E que eu poderia deixar o produto lá, que ele guardava.
Assim fiz. Fui embora e não volto mais lá, e também não indico.
Terrible service, I stayed at the cashier for more than 5 minutes to pay for two waters, and when I called the gas station attendant to collect the products, he told me that the priority is for the cars, which fill up. And that I could leave the product there, which he kept.
So I did. I left and I won't go back there, and I don't recommend it either.
