★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendem muito bem se não tiver alguém do seu lado dizendo que vai pagar a vista, não respeitam a ordem de chegada para atendimento e dão preferência ao status da pessoa. Péssimo!
ATUALIZAÇÃO 11/3/22: Agora atendidos pela Nidia fomos muito bem recepcionados e ela foi super atenciosa conosco, por fim fechamos a compra.
 They serve you very well if you don't have someone on your side saying they will pay cash, they don't respect the order of arrival for service and give preference to the person's status. Terrible!
UPDATE 3/11/22: Now attended by Nidia we were very well received and she was super attentive to us, finally we closed the purchase.

To sell everything beautiful, after you buy the bike, pay it off and don't receive the product, and want information, support.. forget it, it doesn't exist !!!! The answer is always the same, with no desire to help or assist the client. Terrible !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento super bom pessoal muito gente fina, fiz um teste drive ontem 14/03/2022 me surpreendeu a potência do scooter com 2 baterias fácil de manobrar super recomendo, único problema é que não tinha a pronta entrega prazo que me pediu foi de 20 semanas ou 5 meses.
Super good service, very nice people, I took a test drive yesterday 03/14/2022 I was surprised by the power of the scooter with 2 batteries, easy to maneuver, I highly recommend it, the only problem is that it didn't have the prompt delivery, the deadline you asked for was 20 weeks or 5 months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei bem bacana pra dizer a verdade. Campinas estava precisando de algo inovador. Gostei tanto que até adquiri uma EV1-Sport.
A equipe de vendas e muito legal, e são muito atenciosos. Fiz um teste drive com a moto, que por sinal achei muito boa, gostei mesmo.
Bom, agora é só aguardar a chegada da minha,pois eles estipulam um prazo entre 60 e 90 dias depois de voce efetuar o pagamento...
Muito bom, recomendo ir lá conhecer!
I thought it was pretty cool to be honest. Campinas was in need of something innovative. I liked it so much that I even bought an EV1-Sport.
The sales team is very nice, and they are very attentive. I did a test drive with the bike, which by the way I found it very good, I really liked it.
Well, now just wait for mine to arrive, because they stipulate a period between 60 and 90 days after you make the payment...
Very good, I recommend going there!
