★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal comprei o carro ja deu problema na bateria, e não cobrem isso, é uma maravilha na hora de vender, mas so isso né ? Nunca mais compro nada nesse local, e nem indico para ninguem.

Entrei em contato sim com a vendedora, fora que adquiri no final de Dezembro, na faz 3 meses, então sim e mal comprei, e "novo". A bateria não era original(descobri quando fui obrigar a trocar), fora que já tive que levar na agência para reparos e agora o indicativo de gasolina/álcool não funciona. Não precisa levar em consideração, afinal e só mais um cliente ne ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caloteiros... Comprei um JAC j6 2014 a uns 6 meses atrás .. andei 1 mês com o carro e o motor fundiu no meio da rodovia ,com 1 mês de uso... Eles levaram pro concerto e até hj não me devolveram nem o carro nem o dinheiro... E agora nem me atendem mais e nem dão satisfação.. coloquei na justiça... Estou aguardando...
Deadbeat ... I bought a JAC j6 2014 about 6 months ago .. I walked 1 month with the car and the engine melted in the middle of the highway, with 1 month of use ... They took it to the concert and even today they didn't even return it to me the car or the money ... And now they don’t even answer me anymore or give me any satisfaction .. I put it in court ... Fazendo voce de otário, é lamentavel, não merece nenhum crédito de empresa séria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia pessoal comprei um Fox nessa agência com o mendedor Marcos fomos bem atendidos,também muito atencioso a venda foi bem concluída e o pós venda está sendo bem realizado já vi que são bem verdadeiros em tudo que falam meu próximo carro irei comprar no mesmo lugar e indicações de outras compras serão direcionadas a auto real multimarcas.
data 19/12/2018 após 60 dias da compra o carro começou a dar uns problemas foi tudo bem levei o carro na agência umas 3 vezes todas as vezes que foi ficou 10 dias e o carro voltou com os mesmos problemas. Notei que o carro está aquecendo ainda na garantia do arrefecimento liguei na agência para reclamar e fui muito mau atendido pelo vendedor a qual tinha me atendido hoje gastei 300 reais para arrumar o serviço que a agência fez quando levei o carro no especialista em radiador primeira coisa que o cara falou pode procura quem fez o serviço no seu carro porque o cara deichou o radiador solto sem nenhum parafuso não indico essa agência para ninguém tratam bem até a compra e outra vc leva o carro para arrumar e ficam andando com seu carro.tudo que mecheram não funciona ar condicionado e arrefecimento o carro só anda fervendo.

date 12/19/2018 60 days after the purchase the car started to give some problems everything was ok I took the car to the agency about 3 times every time it was 10 days and the car came back with the same problems. I noticed that the car is still warming up under the cooling warranty. I called the agency to complain and was very poorly served by the salesperson who had attended me today. I spent 300 reais to fix the service the agency did when I took the car to the radiator specialist first thing that the guy said can look for who did the service in your car because the guy left the radiator loose without any screws I do not recommend this agency for anyone to treat well until the purchase and another you take the car to fix and keep walking with your car. that mecheram does not work air conditioning and cooling the car is boiling.

Porém fui muito bem atendido, mesmo não sendo possível adquirir o veículo. Verifiquei vários veículos e não havia nenhum que não estava fora dos características do anúncio. Quero agradecer a loja pelo atendimento e presteza. Quando disponibilizar a quantia da entrada , provavelmente em janeiro , irei adquirir um veículo nessa loja, até porque , a grande maioria dos clientes elogiam a loja. E de fato fui muito bem tratado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje edito minha opinião sobre o carro que comprei na loja, um JAC J3 já viajei e rodei muitoooooo com o carro e não me deu nenhum problema, realmente foi uma ótima aquisição! ?. Sobre a loja não tenho o que reclamar, resolveram todas as solicitações de pequenos detalhes que apareceram logo no início da compra, precisei retornar algumas vezes, mas por fim tudo se resolveu da melhor forma, conversando e negociando para que resolvessem problemas como o ar q não gelava e um risco que aconteceu no reparo do ar.... Compraria novamente nessa loja. A vendedora Aline foi bem atenciosa.
