★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de relatar a minha experiência na oficina.Pessimo atendimento,(amador),o carros ficou 45 dias na oficina e volta com vidro dianteiro fora do lugar Porta traseira foi colocado massa plástica, imperdoável(carro 2019)quando fui conferir e bati a porta traseira ,caiu massa ,(serviço porco).Muito cuidado,não desejo pra não ninguem o que eu passei.Parece que a empresa teve prazer em me fazer raiva.
I would like to report my experience in the workshop. Very poor service, (amateur), the car stayed in the workshop for 45 days and came back with the front window out of place. back, mass fell, (pig service). Very careful, I don't wish for anyone what I went through. It seems that the company took pleasure in making me angry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Péssimos dos péssimos. Profissionalismo abaixo da crítica. Alegam situações sem a menor coerência. Não aceitam argumentos do corretor de seguros e nem prezam pelo bom atendimento e principalmente pela qualidade. Tentaram recuperar peça, alegando negativa de troca pela seguradora. Não sei como a Porto Seguro continua com o credenciamento.
I do not recommend. Bad of bad. Professionalism below criticism. They allege situations without the slightest consistency. They do not accept arguments from the insurance broker, nor do they value good service and especially quality. They tried to recover the part, claiming that the insurance company had refused to exchange it. I don't know how Porto Seguro continues with the accreditation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei o carro para arrumar meu reboque devido a uma colissao onde fui o 3 … meu carro ficou o total de 10 dias .. foi trocado para choque , spoler , pintura no para choque da frente , polimento de farol ./ e para minha surpresa fizerão vários retoques na lataria sem eu pedir ! Recomendo muitooooo serviço toppppp ! Entregue na data certa que combinou no dia que deixei o carro lá 10 dias corridos ! Gostei tanto que vou virar cliente apesar de ter conhecido na sorte pelo simples fato do seguro do rapaz que bateu em mim ter me enviado para eles !!! Estava com medo devido alguns comentários que vê ak e por isso vim fazer questão de deixar meu relato que foi toppppppopp
I left the car to fix my trailer due to a collision where I was the 3rd … my car stayed the total of 10 days. several touches on the bodywork without me asking! I really recommend the toppppp service! Delivered on the right date agreed on the day I left the car there 10 consecutive days! I liked it so much that I'm going to become a client despite having known it by luck for the simple fact that the insurance of the guy who hit me sent me to them!!! I was scared due to some comments you see ak and that's why I came to make a point of leaving my report which was toppppppopp

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo a oficina. Solicitam trocas de itens desnecessários no carro, enquanto itens de primeira necessidade (e segurança) não entram no orçamento.
Não confio no serviço.
I do not recommend the workshop. They request exchanges of unnecessary items in the car, while essential items (and safety) are not included in the budget.
I don't trust the service.
