★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preço é o melhor do Guarujá que achei , em contra partida a auto escola parece linda por fora e é , mas é muito suja , sem higiene se fosse um restaurante já teria fechado pela fiscalização. Professores e instrutores mais ou menos . O atendimento dos funcionários comigo foi ok.
Price is the best in Guarujá that I found, on the other hand the bus school looks beautiful on the outside and it is, but it is very dirty, without hygiene, if it were a restaurant, it would have closed by inspection. Não nos dão a menor satisfação, funcionários mal preparados e mal educados exceto os professores e instrutores
Desde agosto tentando tirar a carteira de habilitação da minha filha (10 meses) sempre colocando a desculpa na pandemia para encobrir a na administração dessa auto escola

Não passam informações corretas, meu marido está em uma via crusis para alterar a carta de motorista de D para E terminou as aulas no dia 15/09 e disseram que iam informar a data de prova vi whatsapp, pois hoje 30/09 ainda não marcaram a avaliação e quando ligamos para saber a respeito deram a previsão é dia 13/10 é isso mesmo 30 dias para fazer uma prova, sem falar que as aulas que eram para ter terminado em 7 dias devido a necessidade de ser rápida a alteração do categoria demoraram 20 dias porque o caminhão quebrou e não tinham outro para realizar as aulas. Atendimento da Unidade do Ferry Boat é péssimo e a senhora que atende lá parece que esta dando o curso de graça devido a falta de trato e grosseria que atende e não que eu estou pagando e caro !!!. Absurdo!!! Não indico para ninguém pior auto escola do Guarujá só tem nome

They don't give correct information, my husband is on a via crusis to change his driver's license from D to E he finished school on 09/15 and they said they would inform the test date via whatsapp, because today 09/30 they haven't scheduled it yet the evaluation and when we called to find out about it, the forecast is 10/13, that's right, 30 days to take a test, not to mention that the classes that were supposed to end in 7 days due to the need to quickly change the category it took 20 days because the truck broke down and they didn't have another to take the classes. Service at the Ferry Boat Unit is terrible and the lady who attends there seems to be giving the course for free due to the lack of treatment and rudeness that she attends and not that I'm paying and expensive !!!. Absurd!!! I don't recommend to anyone the worst car school in Guarujá only has a name

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A auto escola Capra é a pior auto escola do Guarujá, não tirem a CNH nesse local somente pelo fato do preço ser sempre menor que o concorrente. Eu meu esposo teve problemas em todas as etapas para mudança de categoria da CNH.
Atrasos para marcar as aulas, atrasos para marcar as provas. Sem falar que eles não consegue concluir nem uma emissão de CNH e ficam jogando a culpa no Detran durante meses, enfim boa sorte para quem quiser se arriscar nessa Auto escola.
Capra driving school is the worst driving school in Guarujá, don't take your CNH there just because the price is always lower than the competitor. My husband had problems with all the steps to change the category of CNH.
Delays to schedule classes, delays to schedule exams. Not to mention that they can't even complete a CNH issue and are blaming the Detran for months, anyway, good luck to anyone who wants to take a chance on this Auto School.
