★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma Auto Escola, sem nenhuma responsabilidade com os alunos, realmente o preço é baixo, mas a qualidade do serviço é horrível.
Eles te atraem pelo valor, mas se eu soubesse que a empresa era muito ruim, eu jamais tinha feito a inclusão de categoria com essa empresa, Jamais indicarei essa empresa pra quem está pensando em tirar habilitação, ou fazer inclusão ?
 A Driving School, without any responsibility to the students, the price is really low, but the quality of the service is horrible.
They attract you for their value, but if I knew that the company was very bad, I had never done the inclusion of a category with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é horrivel, descaso total com os clientes, não atendem o telefone, demoram dias pra responder nossas mensagens. Ao meu ver é como se a gente tivesse pedindo favor. Não recomendo.
The service is horrible, total disregard for customers, they don't answer the phone, they take days to answer our messages. In my view, it's like we're asking for a favor. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência lá foi uma das piores, vamos ver se vcs concordam comigo! dei entrada na minha primeira habilitação dia 06/07/2020, porém com a pandemia eu tive dificuldade em marcar os exames (acredito que outras pessoas também), sendo que o Detran prolongou o período conforme a resolução 789/20. No dia 06/07/2021 fez um ano meu processo, fiz a prova de legislação no 07/07/2021 fiz e levei o resultado no mesmo dia e fui informada que teria que paga uma taxa de 600 reais para prolongar o prazo por mais seis mês. De acordo com o diretor do consumidor eu estou certa ou errada?!
Sendo que a culpa não foi minha, não conseguia marca médico e psicotecnico e a legislação, tenho certeza que não sou a única!
My experience there was one of the worst, let's see if you guys agree with me! I entered my first license on 06/07/2020, but with the pandemic I had difficulty scheduling the exams (I believe that other people did too), and Detran extended the period according to resolution 789/20. On 07/06/2021 my process was one year old, I took the proof of legislation on 07/07/2021 I did it and took the result on the same day and I was informed that I would have to pay a fee of 600 reais to extend the term for more six month. According to the consumer director am I right or wrong?!
Since it wasn't my fault, I couldn't get medical and psychotechnical marks and the legislation, I'm sure I'm not the only one!

É uma completa falta de respeito com os clientes em vários aspectos, uma enrolação só, pessoas sem palavras que não cumprem o que prometem.... dentre várias outras coisas incluindo uma das atendentes (Camila), que é péssima e nem deveria trabalhar com o público....
A única coisa que se salva, é a outra atendente(Tatiana), mas infelizmente uma andorinha só não faz verão.
Se não querem estresse e dor de cabeça, fujam da auto escola globo
If I could give 0 stars I would give... I don't recommend it to anyone.
It's a complete lack of respect for customers in many ways, just a rubbish, speechless people who don't deliver on what they promise... among several other things including one of the attendants (Camila), who is terrible and shouldn't even work with the public....
The only thing that's saved is the other attendant (Tatiana), but unfortunately one swallow doesn't make summer.
If you don't want stress and headaches, run away from the globe driving school

Worst driving school! Unprepared and ignorant staff. They just need to carry you on their lap, after you close the package, they treat you like an animal

Se arrependimento matasse, já teríamos morrido desde o momento de marcar as aulas teóricas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um bando de DESPREPARADOS. Atrasei as minhas aulas pela FALTA DE INFORMAÇAO dessa auto escola e seus funcionários. Eles não respondem o Whatsapp deles, desligam telefone e enrolam demais pras aulas começarem. E só enviaram o boleto de biometria PORQUE EU PERGUNTEI SE PRECISAVA DE ALGO MAIS. BANDO DE IMCOMPETENTES. Depois que vc paga, eles nao estao nem aí pra vc.
A bunch of UNPREPARED. I delayed my classes due to LACK OF INFORMATION about this driving school and its employees. They don't answer their whatsapp, hang up the phone and get too long for classes to start. And they only sent the biometrics ticket BECAUSE I ASKED IF I NEEDED ANYTHING ELSE. BUNCH OF INCOMPETENTS. After you pay, they don't care about you.
