★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O auto shopping gasta verba com um carro de som, que passa pela região anunciando as ofertas. Aí eu pego meu carro, vou até lá com o meu marido, passo pela porta e sou abordada por um rapaz, logo depois do totem de álcool. "Boa tarde, posso ajudar?" Nós falamos que estamos lá para dar uma olhada nos preços, ele pergunta até quanto. Quando eu falo o valor, ele fala que tem um carro X, que está próximo da entrada e aponta para o meio do salão, e diz que tem um Y lá no meio (cerca de 5 mil a mais do que eu falei que procurava). Nem da porta ele deixou a gente passar. Ele impediu? Não. Mas ficou claro que o atendimento se encerrava ali.
Ou ele tem uma memória fantástica, para saber de cor os valores de todos os carros, ou ele está ali para espantar as pessoas que eles consideram inferiores aos clientes deles...
Eu poderia arrumar encrenca e falar alguma coisa, mas prefiro ir em outra loja, ser bem tratada e comprar meu carro a vista, pq ele nem chegou a saber que minha pretensão é trocar de carro, sem financiar o novo.
Boa sorte para as lojas que estão lá dentro, com esse tipo de funcionário, eu não entro mais lá, e farei propaganda negativa para todos que eu puder.
The auto mall spends money on a stereo car, which passes through the region announcing the offers. Then I take my car, go there with my husband, go through the door and am approached by a boy, right after the alcohol totem. "Good afternoon may I help?" We say we're there to check prices, he asks how much. When I say the value, he says there is a car X, which is near the entrance and points to the middle of the room, and says that there is a Y in the middle (about 5 thousand more than I said I was looking for) . He didn't even let us through the door. Did he stop? No. But it was clear that the service ended there.
Either he has a fantastic memory, to know the values of all cars by heart, or he is there to scare away people they consider inferior to their customers...
I could get in trouble and say something, but I prefer to go to another store, be treated well and buy my car in cash, because he didn't even know that my intention is to change cars, without financing the new one.
Good luck to the stores that are inside, with this type of employee, I won't go in there anymore, and I'll do negative propaganda to everyone I can.

Lamentável um auto Shopping abrigar uma loja que engane descaradamente as pessoas assim
Compramos um carro em 27 de Janeiro , e até hoje ( 16/05/22 ) estamos sem o documento 2022
Isso porque , pagamos o IPVA
( que a loja havia se comprometido a pagar ) tivemos que cobrar do antigo proprietário R$2000 em multas represadas , que graças à Deus ele pagou , pois se não teria sobrado para nós , e ainda assim eles , além de não terem nos dado nenhum retorno ou previsão de quando nos dariam este documento , são extremamente rudes quando cobramos qualquer providência deles , sempre colocam a culpa no Detran e simplesmente SE RECUSAM a nos devolver o recibo de compra e venda assinado e informar o contato ou endereço do despachante deles
Já compramos carros em uma loja pra evitar dores de cabeça comprando de terceiros
Pois digo sem dúvida que essa foi a pior experiência de compra da minha vida
Nunca imaginei que existisse pessoas com tamanho descaso , oportunismo , falta de respeito , falta de competência e desprezo pelo cliente como esta loja
Estamos absolutamente decepcionados
Lamentável que exista gente assim no mundo
Infelizmente é como dizem por aí
O mundo é dos espertos . . .
