★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Quando o vendedor Lucas Pereira da loja HIPER CARS STORE ofereceu o veículo achei que era perfeito doce encano. Não apresentaram o LAUDO CAUTELAR para que eu não descobrisse os defeitos do carro. Quando levei para em uma autorizada para fazer o laudo descobrir as avarias. Isso aconteceu sábado e na segunda foi desfazer o negócio eles não aceitaram. Então falei que ureia procurar a justiça e gerente Rafael disse que a justiça iria ficar carro pra mim. Depois de tentar tudo amigavelmente resolvi reclama no Instragra e Facebook e descobrir que eles APAGAM TODAS RECLAMAÇÕES

Me senti no 69 em dia de pagamento kkkk. Essas revendedoras precisam urgente mudar a sua estratégia de vendas. Por fim não vi droga de carro nenhum...

A minha compra foi praticamente perfeita até pegar o carro.
Apontei lâmpadas queimadas, e não trocaram, carter do carro estava solto, meu mecânico disse que 3 parafusos estavam espanados.
Por fim, fiz o pagamento de multas e a 3 meses estou praticamente IMPLORANDO que me mandem o comprovante do pagamento da multa e ate agora não me mandaram.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui com minha cunhada comprar um carro na loja Hiper Cars Store, vendedor assegurou que o carro estava íntegro, pois tratava-se de um carro na casa dos 50 mil km rodados, ano 2014, além deles não fornecerem o laudo cautelar, nós enganaram! Ao pegar o carro fizemos o laudo e o laudo apontou diversas avarias, e a loja não quer desfazer o negócio amigavelmente!
Galera não compre nesse Shopping Cristal pois fomos lá para ter a certeza de comprar um automóvel de boa qualidade, mas infelizmente não foi isso que aconteceu! Infelizmente essa loja nos vendeu um carro de procedência duvidosa!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A a princípio apesar da abordagem incomoda dos vendedores escolhi um veículo na loja RHC deixei um sinal e a compra seria efetivada somente após o laudo detalhado. Não fiquei satisfeita com o parecer do laudo pois somente o teto do veículo tinha pintura original. Apesar da insistência dos vendedores pedi um tempo para decidir.
O vendedor Bruno de forma agressiva e desrespeitosa me abordou na saída devolveu o sinal e disse " Agora eu não quero mais vender o carro p você, vai me dar problema" Ou seja, querer saber o q estou comprando e um problema p a loja? Achou q eu ia ficar constrangida e sair... Retomei a conversa c ele exigindo q me respeitasse como cliente que sou, e se não tinha equilíbrio emocional e preparo suficiente não deveria estar ali. Que se fosse bom profissional estaria preocupado em reverter aquela situação pois ninguém vai até lá p passar por isso.
Ficou todo nervosinho... Felizmente n fechei o negócio ??
