★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desagradável! Comprei um anel de formatura e um tempo depois precisou diminuir o anel. Deixei o anel intacto na loja e quando fui buscar, a pedra estava toda destruída, opaca. Era como se o Boticário tivesse reduzido o anel sem remover a pedra e não lapidou. Quando contestei a gerente afirmou que a pedra estava sendo devolvida como deixei! Isso não era Verdade. A pedra não tinha arranhão algum e eu mal usava o anel pq estava muito folgado e eu poderia perder. Pedi para que puxassem as imagens da câmera no dia e se recusaram pois era a prova de que eu deixei o anel em perfeito estado. Enfim, depois de me humilhar pediram um prazo e me deram o anel intacto. Uso hj o anel diariamente e não tem um arranhão. Fora isso, não consegui contatar ninguém responsável, acima da gerente, pois se tratava de um caso de polícia, por ser movida por preconceito com a minha aparência humilde. Enfim. Não confiem.
Unpleasant! I bought a graduation ring and after a while I had to make the ring smaller. I left the ring intact in the store and when I went to get it, the stone was all destroyed, opaque. It was as if Apothecary had reduced the ring without removing the stone and did not cut it. When I answered the manager said that the stone was being returned as I left it! That wasn't true. The stone didn't have any scratches and I barely wore the ring because it was too loose and I could lose. I asked them to pull the images from the camera that day and they refused as it was proof that I left the ring in perfect condition. Anyway, after humiliating me they asked for a deadline and gave me the ring intact. Today I wear the ring daily and it doesn't have a scratch. Other than that, I was not able to contact anyone responsible, above the manager, as it was a police case, as I was moved by prejudice with my humble appearance. Anyway. Don't trust.
