★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demorei mais de uma hora para embarcar no ônibus, estava previsto para as 19h23 só embarquei às 20h29. Todos os ônibus estavam atrasados em sem motivos, pois os ônibus saiam da garagem(eles avisavam quando o ônibus estavam saindo), perguntei ao motorista o motivo do atraso ele falou que nenhum, que ele estava desde das 17h esperando liberarem o ônibus da garagem.
It took me over an hour to board the bus, it was scheduled for 7:23 pm I just boarded at 8:29 pm. All buses were delayed for no reason, because the buses left the garage (they warned when the bus was leaving), I asked the driver the reason for the delay he said that none, since he was waiting for 5 pm to release the bus from the garage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssim experiência, em setembro de 2017, eu e a minha avó pegamos um ônbus dessa empresa do Rio de Janeiro pra Búzios, o ônibus não tinha banheiro, a minha avó chegou em Búzios muito apertada pra ir ao banheiro, com mais de 2 horas de viagem, Que isso?! Falta de respeito com nós passageiros!, Tem que mandar o dono dessa empresa parar de ser tão picareta e honrar a história da empresa, aí se não, eu e a minha avó dávamos zero estrelas.
Bad experience, in September 2017, my grandmother and I took a bus from this company from Rio de Janeiro to Búzios, the bus did not have a bathroom, my grandmother arrived in Búzios too cramped to go to the bathroom, with more than 2 hours of trip, what's that?! Lack of respect for us passengers!, You have to tell the owner of this company to stop being so picky and honor the company's history, then if not, my grandmother and I would give zero stars.

They have seats, a food court, stores and phone chargers all over the place so really it feels like a mini mall.
Most employees will be nice to you if you're also nice to them!
