Cheguei lá com minha família para instalar um rastreador no nosso carro novo e por conta do horário que a seguradora nos encaminhou para lá percebemos uma repulsa na iniciação do serviço. Não fomos recebidos nem com um boa tarde e os funcionários empurraram o serviço um para o outro. Nenhuma paravra cordial ou de alegria em ver novos clientes na loja. Ou seja, mais do mesmo, atendimento ruim que vc acha em qualquer esquina...
We were not welcomed.
I arrived there with my family to install a tracker in our new car and because of the time the insurance company sent us there, we noticed a repulsion at the initiation of the service. We weren't even greeted with a good afternoon and the employees pushed service to each other. No words of cordiality or joy to see new customers in the store. In other words, more of the same, bad service that you find on any corner...
