★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico, estavamos pagando a instalação de uma multimídia NOVA e quando vimos, estavam instalando um equipamento usado que havia voltado do conserto. Lamentável, tentaram enganar a gente.
I don't indicate, we were paying for the installation of a NEW multimedia and when we saw it, they were installing a used equipment that had come back from repair. Sorry, they tried to trick us.

Lâmpadas de LED que foram instaladas pela AutoAba queimaram em pouco tempo e quando fui na loja cobrar a garantia prometida, substituíram por LEDs usados sendo modelos e fabricantes diferentes, além de danificar as fixações das partes do meu carro.
Não recomendo esta loja caros amigos consumidores.
It was the worst possible experience.
LED lamps that were installed by AutoAba burned out in a short time and when I went to the store to collect the promised warranty, they replaced them with used LEDs being different models and manufacturers, in addition to damaging the fixings of my car parts.
I do not recommend this store dear consumer friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como havia visto várias avaliações negativas, achei melhor entrar em contato via WhatsApp, porém atendimento horrível, fiz algumas perguntas e recebi a resposta depois de alguns dias, e outras dúvidas não cheguei nem a receber mensagens. Pois bem, apesar de tudo fiz uma ligação do telefone fixo da loja e fui atendido por uma moça, acredito eu, muito educada e prestativa, ótimo atendimento, porém dias antes via WhatsApp pedi o orçamento para instalação de luz diurna em um toyota yaris, e me informaram que o valor sairia 790,00 reais, mas hoje por incrível que parece ao ligar para loja fiz mesma pergunta e a funcionária ao consultar me informou que era 750,00. Indagada,.pois perguntei porque o preço anterior era mais caro que o de agora, ela me disse que cada vendedor da o preço que quer, haja vista que os clientes gostam de pedir desconto. Quis registrar esse episódio porque achei uma falta de respeito perante o consumidor, pois temos o direito de saber o valor tabelado do preço a ser executado e não colocarem o preço que bem entender, com a justificativa que o cliente possa pedir desconto. Eu iria fazer o serviço nessa loja, mas agora desisti, espero que sirva de alerta para outros consumidores que estajam precisando de tais serviços. Obs: não pedi desconto pelo serviço ou produto .

Well, despite everything I made a call from the store's landline phone and was answered by a girl, I believe, very polite and helpful, great service, but days before via WhatsApp I asked for the quote for installing daytime running light in a toyota yaris, and they informed me that the value would be 790.00 reais, but today, as incredible as it seems, when I called the store, I asked the same question and the employee when consulting me informed that it was 750.00. When I asked why the previous price was more expensive than now, she told me that each seller gives the price he wants, given that customers like to ask for a discount. I wanted to record this episode because I found a lack of respect towards the consumer, as we have the right to know the fixed value of the price to be executed and not to put the price they want, with the justification that the customer can ask for a discount. I was going to do the service in this store, but now I gave up, I hope it serves as a warning to other consumers who are in need of such services. Note: I didn't ask for a discount for the service or product.
