Pessoas irresponsáveis, não ligam para os clientes, demoram a dá um retorno, não atendem as ligações. Péssimo serviço.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, nenhum atendente resolve problemas, não atendem telefone. Emissão de boleto? só em sonho. Não prestam o serviço ofertado. Chega no dia da bendita aula online, ninguém de dá retorno, simplesmente somem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incrível que ninguém atende o telefone nessa autoescola. Quando você está esperando atendimento as atendentes fingem que não tem ninguém ali pra ser atendido, o cliente que tem que perguntar se pode ser atendido, é muita falta de educação com a pessoa que está pagando por um serviço.
Amazing that no one answers the phone at this driving school. When you are waiting for service, the attendants pretend that there is no one there to be attended to, the customer who has to ask if he can be attended to, it is very rude to the person who is paying for a service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, não facilitam a vida do aluno que geralmente são alunos que trabalham, tem que ser no horário deles, mais já estou indo no procon uma atendente mal educada, não tem nem outra pessoa que possamos falar só atendente, péssimo péssimo já estou a dois anos tentando tirar por lá minha carteira deu erro no sistema deles a biometria que fui lá fazer e agora ainda tenho que gastar do meu bolso pra repor a biometria tendo que voltar três vezes lá e passar duas horas pra esperar fazer a biometria da entrada e saída da aula misericórdia
Horrible, they don't make the student's life easier, who are usually working students, it has to be on their schedule, but I'm already going to the procon a rude attendant, there's no other person we can talk to, just the attendant, very bad I'm already two years trying to get my wallet there, there was an error in their system, the biometrics that I went there to do and now I still have to spend my own pocket to replace the biometrics, having to go back there three times and spend two hours to wait for the biometrics for entry and exit from mercy class

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cancelam aulas e só fico sabendo quando chego na Auto escola, depois de gastar dinheiro com transporte e perder parte da carga horária no trabalho, o atendimento não atende ninguém, principalmente por whatsapp e no telefone comercial da empresa, só te dão atenção quando é pra fechar o pacote de aulas com eles.
Classes are canceled and I only find out when I arrive at the Auto Escola, after spending money on transport and losing part of the workload at work, the service doesn't answer anyone, especially by whatsapp and on the company's business phone, they only give you attention when it's to close the class package with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por recomendação da auto-escola tirei em 2014 minha 1° Habilitação na unidade Marco. Lá fiz as aulas práticas com instrutor Júnior. E a parte teórica fiz na unidade da Doca. Tinha certa urgência em retirar a cat-B. E dentro das possibilidades pude fazer.
On the recommendation of the driving school, in 2014 I took my 1st Qualification at the Marco unit. There I took practical classes with a junior instructor. And the theoretical part I did at the Doca unit. There was a certain urgency to withdraw cat-B. And within the possibilities I was able to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi a pior possível. Não estou generalizando mais peguei um instrutor totalmente irresponsável e não cumpria com seus horários. Sempre saia antes do término da aula me deixava sempre sozinha. Só pedia pra outros instrutores pegar minha biometria. Resumindo sofri um acidente que fiquei com trauma até de andar de moto. Por falta de responsabilidade do mesmo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auto escola muito despreparada so quer saber do teu dinheiro. Demoram e atrasam o teu processo, o atendimento é pessimo e nao passam as informaçoes corretas. Quando Fui para a aula de moto logo quando cheguei nao vi ninguem na bancada de biometria e no atendimento, entao fui perguntar pro funcionario que apareceu de como era o procedimento ja que era minha primeira vez, o cara simplismente fingiu que eu nao existia e ficou mexendo no celular. Total falta de respeito e tudo foi pago adiantado
