★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria fazer um elogio a empresa, em especial ao funcionário João Sá da unidade de São Cristóvão, que simplesmente atendeu de forma espetacular e inesperada. Minha O.S. estava agendada para o próximo dia e houve um equívoco de datas por minha parte. O João simplesmente não deixou que eu voltasse no outro dia e conseguiu encaixar o serviço para o mesmo dia. Ainda realizou outro serviço de reparos de pára brisas que não constava na O.S., abrindo outra no mesmo horário. Fica aqui meu elogio e agradecimento.
 I would like to congratulate the company, especially the employee João Sá from the São Cristóvão unit, who simply attended in a spectacular and unexpected way. My OS was scheduled for the next day and there was a misunderstanding of dates on my part. João simply didn't let me come back the next day and managed to arrange the service for the same day. It also performed another windshield repair service that was not included in the O.S., opening another at the same time. Here is my praise and thanks.
