★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moradia boa, condomínio com estrutura condomínio club, tem lava jato dentro, vários parquinhos, 2 quadras, 1 campp de futb de grama, campo de areia pra vôlei, churrasqueiras,uma piscina excelente, funcionários da limpeza e segurança gentis, vaga para visitantes seguras.
Defeito: País que largam os filhos pelo condomínio fazendo arruaça, crianças sem educação e sem limites, vizinhos mal educados que largam lixo na frente da porta do apto fora do horário de coleta, admintracao ineficaz, só a moça que recebe as entregas que é excelente e cordial sempre, a área em trono do condomínio tem constantes assaltos, a piscina fecha as segundas pra manutenção, porém esta manutenção não é feita toda segunda, os equipamentos do lava-jato levaram quase 1 ano para serem substituídos já que constantemente quebravam, tem regras das quais não fazem sentido, como colocar vasos de plantas apoiados na grade da varanda, mas não tomam providências quanto as minhas queixas de ter que me deparar com lixo dos outros na minha porta constantemente, trocaram agora o rapaz que recolhia o lixo e limpava nossa torre e agora não aparecem mais no horário certo, nossa torre só anda suja nas áreas comuns, nossa porta de vidro de entrada na torre levou meses com a tranca quebrada e agora mesmo depois de concertada ninguém fecha a porta pq ela está arriada e não dá pra fechar sem forçar. Em fim, todos os problemas se resumem a pessoas mal educadas e péssima administração.

Defect: Country that leave their children around the condominium making trouble, children without education and without limits, rude neighbors who leave garbage in front of the door of the apartment outside of collection hours, ineffective administration, only the girl who receives the deliveries is excellent and cordial always, the area around the condominium has constant robberies, the pool is closed on Mondays for maintenance, but this maintenance is not carried out every Monday, the car wash equipment took almost 1 year to be replaced as they constantly broke, rules that don't make sense, like putting potted plants on the porch railing, but don't take care of my complaints about having to come across other people's garbage at my door constantly, they have now changed the guy who collected the garbage and cleaned our tower and now they don't show up at the right time, our tower is only dirty in the common areas, our glass entrance door to the tower took months with the lock broken and now I Even after it's been fixed, no one closes the door because it's lowered and you can't close it without forcing it. In the end, all the problems boil down to rude people and bad management.
