★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho relatar aqui e já de primeira mão não indico está empresa a ninguém, fiz o primeiro serviço com eles, concerto de cabeçote e funilaria paguei a vista para eles o serviço, chegando em casa percebi que a funilaria do veículo não ficou bem feita, mas a pior parte foi problema na bomba de combustível que deu problema, levamos lá a primeira vez, concertaram e deram garantia de 90 dias, aproximadamente 100 dias a mesma deu defeito, ou seja a garantia não cobria mais, e para minha surpresa no segundo concerto da bomba fizeram um orçamento de 550 reais sendo que na primeira vez tinha cobrado 350, aceitei o valor do segundo concerto na mesma peça quando foi 1 semana e meia ou seja hoje dia 23 de setembro de 2021 deu problema denovo levei em outro mecânico o mesmo após analisar o carro constatou que as mangueiras da bombas todas soltas e sem pressão ou seja serviço de qualquer jeito mau feito, pela terceira vez vou ter que pagar denovo o serviço feito duas vezes por eles aonde desenbolcei mais 850 reais fora a utilização do guincho do meu plano da seguradora e mais de uma semana parada, só transtornos, não tem compromisso com o serviço, não tem respeito com o cliente não indico, se fizer serviço com eles só passará raiva!
I come to report here and already at first hand I do not recommend this company to anyone, I did the first job with them, head repair and body shop, I paid the price for them, arriving home I realized that the vehicle body shop was not well done, but the worst part was the problem with the fuel pump, which gave a problem, we took it there the first time, they fixed it and gave a 90 day warranty, approximately 100 days it was defective, that is, the warranty no longer covered, and to my surprise at the second repair from the pump they made a budget of 550 reais and the first time I had charged 350, I accepted the value of the second concert in the same piece when it was 1 week and a half, that is, today, September 23, 2021 there was a problem again I took the same to another mechanic after analyzing the car, he found that the pump hoses were all loose and no pressure, that is, poorly done service anyway, for the third time I will have to pay again for the service done twice by them where I unpacked more 850 reais besides the use of the tow truck of my insurance plan and more than a week out, only inconveniences, there is no commitment to the service, there is no respect for the customer, I don't indicate, if I do service with them, you will only get angry!
