 Great service, effective in the result and in the treatment with customers. There is a waiting room for adults with comfortable armchairs and for children with coloring pencils.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foram realizados 3 orçamentos para arrumarem o ar do meu veículo, um peogeut 208. A primeira vez eles informaram que o conserto do ar seria 2.300 (dezembro/2021). Agendei de ir em janeiro, e informaram que seria 2500. Em fevereiro levamos o carro para arrumar, e o valor do orçamento estava em 5,900. Falaram que várias peças estavam estragadas. Fui em uma outra oficina, indicada por um mecânico amigo, e eles informaram que havia apenas um entupimento e paguei 1800 reais. Ar funcionando normalmente e com garantia.
3 quotes were made to fix the air in my vehicle, a peogeut 208. The first time they reported that the air repair would be 2,300 (December/2021). I scheduled to go in January, and they informed me that it would be 2500. In February we took the car to be fixed, and the budget amount was 5,900. They said that several parts were broken. I went to another workshop, recommended by a mechanic friend, and they reported that there was only one clog and I paid 1800 reais. Air working normally and with warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui à concessionária para fazer revisão em meu veículo da Citroën. Porém, não gostei do serviço da concessionária em geral. Atendimento não foi bom. Fui encaminhado a uma sala de espera que tinha cadeiras de metal super desconfortáveis, onde não tinha nem café, apesar de uma placa enorme dizendo que era um espaço para café. Claro que não fiquei ali, nas mais de 3 horas de espera.
Na concessionária estava havendo comemoração de halloween, e o ambiente estava agitado, com os funcionários fazendo selfies, tirando fotos, e aparentemente mais preocupados com as comemorações do que com os clientes
Por fim, a concessionária presta serviços peugeot e cintroen, mas na oficina não havia sequer uma logo ou identificação da citroen. Todos os funcionários com uniformes da peugeot, etc... A sensação foi que a empresa não é especializada em citroen,ou não é licenciada pela marca.
I went to the dealership to have my Citroën vehicle serviced. However, I didn't like the dealership's service in general. Service was not good. I was taken to a waiting room that had super uncomfortable metal chairs, where I didn't even have coffee, despite a huge sign saying it was a space for coffee. Of course, I didn't stay there, in more than 3 hours of waiting.
At the dealership there was a Halloween celebration, and the atmosphere was hectic, with employees taking selfies, taking pictures, and apparently more concerned with the celebrations than with the customers
Finally, the dealership provides peugeot and cintroen services, but in the workshop there was not even a citroen logo or identification. All employees wearing peugeot uniforms, etc ... The feeling was that the company is not specialized in citroen, or is not licensed by the brand.
