No dia da compra até que fui bem recebido, a dificuldade foi quando o carro em menos de 2 meses de comprado começou a dar problema de mecânica.
Ligo para solicitar a garantia e sempre falam que só dão garantia de motor e câmbio! Porém no código do consumidor , isso não existe . A empresa deve dar garantia total do veículo até mesmo se apresentar uma simples limpeza de bico. (Um dos caso que ocorreu no meu carro ) dentre outros como todos os Coxim quebrado e tanque de combustível amassado!!!
Deixo aqui esse fato! Sobre esse empresa.
Com tanto problema tive que recorre para um advogado, de tanto prejuízo.

I call to ask for the warranty and they always say that they only guarantee the engine and gearbox! However, in the consumer code, this does not exist. The company must give full warranty of the vehicle even if it presents a simple cleaning of nozzle. (One of the cases that occurred in my car) among others like all the broken cushion and crumpled fuel tank !!!
I leave this fact here! About this company.
With so much trouble I had to go to a lawyer, for so much damage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja péssima, comprei meu Astra lá, o atendimento de início foi até bom, porém o carro parecia um artigo de vitrine todo bonito por fora, mas com muitíssimos detalhes, no primeiro dia com o carro a embreagem foi pro saco, as flautas ressacadas, exigi a garantia de 3 meses, a cumpriram, sendo que pro concerto se foram 1 mês com meu carro, e outros detalhes vexatórios que não cabem aqui na avaliação não recomendo a ninguém. Loja muito ruim se pudesse dar zero seria a nota deles. Depois de 4 meses com o carro até desisti de pedir que a garantia se cumprisse, levo somente ao meu mecânico (diversas vezes pelos problemas que o carro tinha) a soberba deles ao falar do estabelecimento é algo muito egoísta, e repito não recomendo a ninguém !
