★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiro atendimento foi bom, mas me informaram que se precisasse adaptar outro carro, poderia levar as peças para usar na troca. Tivemos trabalho para tirar as peças deste 1o carro adaptado, para chegar lá e oferecerem R$100 de desconto nas peças do 2o carro adaptado, desconto esse que na hora de cobrar não foi dado e eles nem sequer cogitaram arrumar uma forma de nos reembolsar ou de nos devolver as peças que ficaram lá, que, por R$100, eu preferia, primeiro ter deixado no 1o carro, ou ter doado para alguém que tivesse um carro que pudesse usar. Foi um amigo quem levou o carro, se não, eu tinha voltado para casa com minha peça e procurava outro lugar.
Na próxima vez que vocês oferecerem para os clientes essa opção de troca, avisem qual o valor que pagarão pela mesma.

It was a friend who took the car, if not, I had come home with my piece and was looking for another place.
The next time you offer customers this exchange option, let them know how much they will pay for it.
