★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui lá pois o carro apresentava problema na trava da porta, e o atendente me disse que o carro deveria ficar lá num periodo de 2 horas.Indaguei que já havia ocorrido esse problema e sua solução era rápida, mesmo estando o local vazio ele insistiu para eu deixar o carro lá.Optei em não aceitar e fui no outro lado da calçada em outra empresa que me resolveu o problema em 20 minutos.Se o local estivesse lotado até entenderia a necessidade de deixar o carro, mas não era o caso.
Quanto a sua resposta, eu informo que o problema se repetiu,não na mesms porta,mas desta vez na porta do motorista.
I went there because the car had a problem in the door lock, and the attendant told me that the car should be there in a period of 2 hours. I pointed out that this problem had already occurred and its solution was quick, even though the place was empty he insisted on I left the car there. I chose not to accept and went across the sidewalk to another company that solved the problem in 20 minutes. If the place was crowded I would even understand the need to leave the car, but that was not the case.
As for his response, I reported that the problem was repeated, not in the same door, but this time at the driver's door.

Fui o primeiro a chegar em um sábado, mas não fui atendido, pois meu problema não poderia ser resolvido naquele período (manhã do sábado).
Questionei quando poderia ser feito e me informaram que durante a semana, e que deixando o carro por volta do meio dia, poderia retirar até o fim do expediente.
Qual a diferença entre meio período na manhã de sábado e meio período numa tarde durante a semana?
