★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo,ja faz mais de um mes que nao consertaram a minha tv por falta de material ,estao com a minha tv e nao tem peça pra consertar.
I don't recommend it, it's been more than a month since they fixed my TV due to lack of material, they have my TV and there's no part to repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora pra consertar e nem ligam pra dizer o porque que estao demorando.So ligaram pra dizer o valor do conserto mais ate agora estou sem meu aparelho de tv.
It takes time to fix and they don't even call to say why they're taking so long. So they called to say the value of the repair but so far I'm without my TV set.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao indico pra ninguem pois demora pra consertar,quem atende o telefone nao sabe dizer se o setor tecnico ja consertou ,voce liga de novo eles dizem que estao aguardando o material chegar pro tecnico consertar .Estou sem tv a mais de um mes resumindo nao volto mais nem recomendo .
I don't recommend it to anyone because it takes time to fix it, whoever answers the phone doesn't know if the technical department has already fixed it, you call again they say they are waiting for the material to arrive for the technician to fix it. but I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ me entregaram o orçamento com 6 dias ,o valor do serviço foi alto mais aceitei ja que minha tv estava com eles e se eu desistisse teria que pagar uma taxa por eles terem avaliado qual era o serviço que precisava ser feito.O problema é que ja passou 33 dias e eles não consertaram ainda pois eles estao sem a peça pra consertar,ou seja sem material.
they gave me the budget with 6 days, the value of the service was high but I accepted since my tv was with them and if I gave up I would have to pay a fee because they had evaluated what service needed to be done. It's been 33 days and they haven't fixed it yet because they don't have the part to fix, that is, without material.

Preços justos. Minha TV ficou boa graças a Deus. Pela experiência que tive indicarei de olhos fechados a qualquer pessoa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico. Mandei minha tv que as vezes a imagem não aparecia, só ficava o som. Em poucos dias disseram que era barra de led, mandei fazer o serviço e a tv voltou a dar o mesmo problema dois dias depois que mandaram ir buscar. Depois de várias tentativas mandaram eu ir buscar novamente a tv e devolveram meu dinheiro, porém a tv agora não pega nem som e nem imagem.
