Comprei um carro em janeiro, e na primeira semana com o carro já percebi vários problemas, portas todas soltas, vazamento de óleo, batentes estourados etc, freio de mão solto, vidros com problemas, parte elétrica ruim... Acionei a loja para falar sobre os problemas, e me disseram para levar o carro que iriam arrumar. Levei o carro mais de 4 vezes na loja e em todas me devolviam o carro igual.
A última vez que levei o carro, estava com vazamento de água no reservatório, e me falaram que haviam feito todo o motor do carro. Mentira! Pois levei em 4 mecânicos e todos me disseram que o motor não foi feito, o maximo que fizeram foi trocar a junta do cabeçote.
Mal andei com esse carro, e isso consigo comprovar pela Km do carro que continua igual ao dia que comprei o veículo.
Resumindo, em menos de um ano que adquiri o veículo só dor de cabeça, já estou gastando mais de 6 mil só para arrumar um motor que me garantiram que foi todo refeito, como tenho em todas as mensagens e gravações com o vendedor.
Não comprem nessa loja! Só dor de cabeça. Carros maquiados só pra vender.
I do not recommend! Do not buy from this store. I bought a car in January, and in the first week with the car I already noticed several problems, all loose doors, oil leakage, blown stops etc, loose handbrake, broken windows, bad electrical part... I called the store to talk about the problems, and they told me to take the car they were going to fix. I took the car more than 4 times at the store and every time I got the car back the same.
The last time I took the car, there was a water leak in the reservoir, and they told me that they had done the entire engine in the car. Lie! Because I took it to 4 mechanics and everyone told me that the engine was not made, the most they did was change the head gasket.
I barely drove this car, and this I can prove by the km of the car that it remains the same as the day I bought the vehicle.
In short, in less than a year that I purchased the vehicle, it's just a headache, I'm already spending more than 6,000 just to fix an engine that I was assured was all redone, as I have in all messages and recordings with the seller.
Do not buy from this store! Just a headache. Cars made up just for sale.
