★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olá TMKT BRASIL boa noite, primeiro feliz e um otimo 2019 para vocês da empresa, meu nome é Alexandre Chahin, eu sou ex funcionario de vocês , trabalhei de operador call center receptivo 1 ano e 10 meses, em santo amaro na rua verbo divino 1830, produto era banco do brasil cartões de credito de madrugada trabalhei,e foi de fevereiro de 2012 até dezembro de 2013 quando terminou o contrato com o banco e pedi a conta depois, porque queria continuar na epoca de madrugada e porque ia começa a fazer a facul em 2014, e vocês não tinha de madrugada mais em outros produtos, somente de manha ou tarde em santo amaro prox a estação santo amaro ,vocês tinha mudado de endereço ,e minha facul era de tarde das 13:30 até as 18:45,na univ anhembi morumbi na zona leste na radial leste ,e eu moro na zona leste, e tive que pedir a conta na epoca,praticamente vocês forçaram eu pedir a conta naquela epoca ,e pedi sem aviso previo que me prejudicou, e eu gostaria de saber se tem vagas de madrugada no receptivo ou sac, e se sim eu estou enviando meu curriculum no email recrutamentotmkt@tmktbr , e aguardando retorno de vocês e ligando também para mim no meu cel que esta no meu curriculum, e também sobre processos seletivos da empresa nesse mes de janeiro, e eu estive em janeiro de 2014 ae fazendo a minha rescisão em poa com vocÊs, eu só não lembro meu numero desculpem, talvez pelo meu nome você saibam, obrigado e aguardo um retorno por favor abraços tmkt brasil.

Gente por favor quem for fazer entrevista nessa empresa reclamem sim na saída da mulher que vai avaliar vocês,vai ser fácil indentidica-la,ela é uma moça sem postura para vaga,mal educada,não fala o nome dela para ninguém e o pior já fica um papel do lado do computador informando o que é pra vc fazer porque vc é proibido de pedir informações pra ela,não pode tirar duvidas com ela em nenhum momento. Muito grossa,muito anti profissional,não aceite humilhações da parte dela e nem de ninguém. Nunca mais volto naquele lugar onde eles exigem tanto e não são metade do que eles querem, parece até que nunca passaram por um processo de emprego. Tlmk não desejo pra ninguém.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Já ouvi falar mal da empresa, mas não dei ouvidos. Fiz a entrevista, me disseram que em uma semana me ligariam para entrega dos documentos, era certeza a contratação, me desloquei da zona sul de SP, para POA, foi tudo conversado, cansativo, mas valeria a pena quando eu fosse contratada, mas isso não aconteceu. Dispensei outras entrevistas por achar que ia realmente ser contratada, mas até hoje nada. Falta respeito, falta responsabilidade, falta organização, sinceramente é decepcionante, e piora muito a situação quando nos olhamos o tanto de desempregados que tem no Brasil na atual situação, e temos que enfrentar situações como essa com uma empresa "grande". O mesmo aconteceu com o meu amigo que em janeiro fez a entrevista, passou, gastou dinheiro com passagem, com exames médicos e até hoje, junho de 2019 não foi chamado, e ainda foi maltratado quando questionou a empresa. Se tem muita demanda de empregados para treinamento, é simples, não faça mais entrevistas, mas parem de fazer esse tipo de coisas com pessoas que dependem disso para sobreviver. Só peço isso, respeito ao próximo!
Terrible experience. I've heard about the company, but I have not listened. I did the interview, they told me that in a week they would call me for the delivery of the documents, it was the contracting certainty, I moved from the south zone of SP to POA, it was all talked about, tiring, but it would be worth it when I was hired, did not happen. I gave up other interviews because I thought I was going to be hired, but until now nothing. Lack of respect, lack of responsibility, lack of organization, is sincerely disappointing, and it makes the situation much worse when we look at the number of unemployed people in Brazil in the current situation, and we have to face situations like this with a "big" company. The same happened to my friend who in January did the interview, spent, spent money with passage, with medical examinations and until today, June 2019 was not called, and was still mistreated when he questioned the company. If there's too much employee demand for training, it's simple, do not do any more interviews, but stop doing those kinds of things with people who depend on it to survive. I only ask this, respect the next!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior empresa que já trabalhei, tenho vergonha de ter o carimbo da TMKT na minha carteira, não recomendo para ninguém,a empresa não respeita os funcionários, fiquei um mês apenas, tive que sair por motivos particulares, o dia em que fui assinar a minha ultima documentação com a empresa, eles me atenderam 40 minutos depois do horário marcado, e para completar não pode entrar dentro da empresa para assinar os papeis eles te levam para uma salinha pequena dentro do estacionamento.
Na entrevista eles falaram um salario, quando fui assinar o meu contrato o salario era outro, extremamente mais baixo do qual haviam dito, o sistema da empresa é horrível, diversas vezes bati meu ponto atrasado, pois o sistema ficava travando e super lento, isso prejudica o funcionário que chega na hora certa, e com o sistema péssimo desses te prejudica te dando atrasado.
Trabalhei com o RED quebrado e ninguém se importou, mesmo eu já passando a informação para o Superior.
Não recomendo, a empresa não respeita os funcionários, não dão valor, é por isso que acabam contratando todos os dias, pois se a empresa prestasse eles não precisavam de contratação diariamente.
Péssima empresa, só passei estresse e raiva desde o momento que eu fui contratada, não vale apena.
Worst company I've ever worked for, I'm ashamed to have the TMKT stamp on my wallet, I don't recommend it to anyone, the company doesn't respect employees, I only stayed for one month, I had to leave for private reasons, the day I signed my Last documentation with the company, they attended me 40 minutes after the scheduled time, and to complete it, you cannot enter the company to sign the papers, they take you to a small room in the parking lot.
In the interview they said a salary, when I went to sign my contract the salary was another, extremely lower than what they had said, the company's system is horrible, several times I hit my late stop, because the system was crashing and super slow, this it harms the employee who arrives on time, and with such a bad system, it harms you by giving you late.
I worked with the broken RED and nobody cared, even though I already passed the information to Superior.
I don't recommend it, the company doesn't respect the employees, they don't give value, that's why they end up hiring every day, because if the company paid, they didn't need to be hired on a daily basis.
Bad company, I only went through stress and anger since the moment I was hired, it's not worth it.

O Banco do Brasil não liga para seus clientes, falei com nosso gerente, e iremos dar continuidade as medidas legais, sobre ligações incessantes para oferecer algo que vcs não são, que é o banco do Brasil.
When you try to call someone, and identify yourself as a bank in Brazil, remember that you are not from the bank in Brazil. If you go through an institution you are not, it is a crime. Têm oportunidade de crescimento para aqueles funcionários que realmente colaboram com a empresa.
I was very happy to have worked at Tmkt (santo amaro) I was part of the team at the time in 2015 LIVE TIM product I think it was one of the best products that I liked the most in the Consultant branch (Teleoperator).
They have an opportunity for growth for those employees who really collaborate with the company.
