★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendente do banho e mal educada. Desmarcaram o banho em cima da hora e só sabem repetir o discurso pronto. Não encaixam os animais que estavam agendados somente cancelam o serviço. Mandei um e-mail de reclamação e até o momento não me responderam simplesmente ignoram a opinião dos clientes.
Bath attendant and rude. They canceled the bath at the last minute and only know how to repeat the finished speech. Animals that were scheduled do not fit, they only cancel the service. I sent a complaint email and so far they have not responded to me, they simply ignore the customers' opinions.

I love cobasi. The service is always very good. They always have the products I buy. The place is always very clean and organized. It's hard for someone not to help you. There are always staff willing to help with queries. I think it's great to have that kind of service.
