★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei mha filha para entrevista com a proposta de estágio, chegamos lá antes do horário marcado, qdo a entrevistadora a chamou a vaga já estava preenchida e qriam substituir por outra com a metade da bolsa proposta no ato abordagem (ligação marcando a entrevista). Ou seja, atraem candidatos com uma promessa de estágio e depois "empurra" outra vaga bem inferior. Qdo questionei a colaboradora da Avance sobre o ocorrido ela não soube explicar o pq estávamos lá se a vaga já estava preenchida. Falta de ética e sensibilidade pois há custos e tempo para ir até aquele "lugar".
 I took my daughter for an interview with the internship proposal, we got there before the scheduled time, when the interviewer called her the vacancy was already filled and they wanted to replace it with another one with half of the proposed scholarship in the approach act (call scheduling the interview). In other words, they attract candidates with a promise of an internship and then "push" another place that is much lower. When I questioned the Avance employee about what had happened, she was unable to explain why we were there if the vacancy was already filled. Lack of ethics and sensitivity because there are costs and time to go to that "place".
