★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recentemente o atendimento está péssimo..quase não atendem chamadas, nunca respondem o whatsapp para as pessoas que não conseguem comprar no dia ração para o pet..disseram que iam entregar e não entregaram dois dias dando desculpas, ou seja, dois dias cm meus pets cm fome, não pedi em outro lugar pois confiei na palavra deles que iam entregar como fazia anos que comprava com eles pessoalmente e me mudei e até tentei continuar comprando com eles, mas me arrependi, pois deixar um cliente falando sozinho e não dar mais resposta de nada e ainda dar desculpas não se faz..
Recently the service has been terrible..they hardly answer calls, they never answer whatsapp for people who cannot buy pet food on the day..they said they would deliver and did not deliver two days giving excuses, that is, two days with my hungry pets, I didn't ask elsewhere because I trusted their word that they would deliver as I had shopped with them personally for years and I moved and even tried to continue shopping with them, but I regretted it, because I left a customer talking to himself and I didn't give it anymore you can't answer anything and even make excuses...
