Years paying and nothing in the apartment is ready, me and other people in the same situation, we decided to give up our dream but until today we have not received our money back, we tried to make an appointment to talk but without success ... so I DO NOT INDICATE THIS COMPANY, DO NOT COMPLY WITH WHAT THEY TALK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima empresa,não atendeu o prometido,sempre que procuramos saber o que estava acontecendo o porquê as obras não estavam iniciadas,inventavam desculpas,fiz o Distrato em 2019 e foi prometido que iriam devolver o dinheiro em fevereiro de 2020 assinado pelo senhor Giovani Cesário Silva presidente do aviva sbc que até o momento não apareceu para devolver oque e meu !
Não indico está empresa que vende ilusões e destrói o sonho das pessoas.
Very bad company, did not deliver what was promised, whenever we tried to find out what was happening, why the works were not started, they made excuses, I canceled the contract in 2019 and it was promised that they would return the money in February 2020 signed by Mr. Giovani Cesário Silva president of aviva sbc who so far has not appeared to return what and mine!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima, simplesmente pegaram meu dinheiro e não me entregaram apartamento e tão pouco devolveram esse dinheiro. Várias promessas e nada. Não indico, é um verdadeiro pesadelo.
Bad experience, they just took my money and didn't give me the apartment and they didn't return that money either. Lots of promises and nothing. I don't recommend, it's a real nightmare.
