Comprei um AP que estava fechado a 5 anos, embora passou a garantia nunca foi habitado e descobri que diversos pontos de luz nao funcionam, em minha 1 reunião de condomínio descobrir varias reclamações sobre construtora, serviços mal feito nos acabamentos de areas comuns etc.
They don't respond to emails, after-sales leaves something to be desired. I bought an AP that was closed for 5 years, although it passed the warranty it was never inhabited and I discovered that several light points do not work, in my 1 condominium meeting I discovered several complaints about the construction company, poorly done services in the finishes of common areas etc.
