★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima prática da imobiliária. Tenho um imóvel sendo ofertado com exclusividade por uma imobiliária. A corretora da AXPE puxou os dados do IPTU do imóvel e, sabe-se como, conseguiu meu telefone. Ligou insistentemente por 3x seguidas. No contato, ela ainda tenta e fazer trabalhar o imóvel com eles, mesmo tendo sido bem claro que não iria.
Nada profissionais. Jamais entregaria meu imóvel numa imobiliária que sequer respeita as boas práticas do próprio mercado e, pior, que viola indiscriminadamente os dados pessoais de seus futuros clientes.
Bad real estate practice. I have a property being offered exclusively by a real estate agency. AXPE's brokerage pulled the property's IPTU data and, it is known how, got my phone number. Called insistently for 3 times in a row. On contact, she still tries to have the property work with them, even though it was pretty clear that she wouldn't.
Nothing professional. I would never deliver my property to a real estate agency that does not even respect the best practices of the market itself and, worse, that indiscriminately violates the personal data of its future clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui mal tratada neste lugar desde o primeiro atendimento ! Fora me deixarem esperando 40 minutos pra responder um WhatsApp até a corretora que faria uma visita no meu apto levando um fotógrafo. Qdo pedi pra remarcarem por um problema médico o qual pedi que atrasassem a visita em 1 hora , a " corretora " disse q " de uma hora pra outra " era muito difícil pq tinha a agenda muito cheia. Educação e gentileza passaram longe dessa Imobiliária. Esquecem que quem tem o material pra eles comercializarem somos nós, os proprietários. Se não quiserem se aborrecer desde o início , não façam negócio com eles .
I was treated badly in this place from the first visit! Apart from leaving me waiting 40 minutes to answer a WhatsApp to the broker who would visit my apartment taking a photographer. When I asked to reschedule for a medical problem which I asked them to delay the visit by 1 hour, the "broker" said that "from one hour to another" it was very difficult because I had a very full schedule. Education and kindness were far from this Real Estate. They forget that we, the owners, have the material for them to sell. If you don't want to be bored from the start, don't do business with them.
