★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possivelmente a pior imobiliária pra se alugar um imóvel. Descobrimos que o condomínio era 3 vezes maior que o anunciado e dito pela imobiliária após alugarmos o imóvel. Extremamente burocráticos, parecia que estávamos tratando com órgão público. Extremamente ineficazes já que o apartamento precisou ficar em obras por meses devido a um vazamento no banheiro que poderia ter sido detectado na vistoria de mais de 60!! paginas. Tratamento péssimo ao cliente e extrema falta de cortesia e de profissionalismo.
Possibly the worst real estate to rent a property. We found out that the condominium was 3 times larger than what was advertised and said by the real estate agency after we rented the property. Extremely bureaucratic, it seemed that we were dealing with a public agency. Extremely ineffective as the apartment had to be under construction for months due to a leak in the bathroom that could have been detected in the survey of over 60!! pages. Terrible customer treatment and extreme lack of courtesy and professionalism.

Serviço extremamente burocrático, falta cordialidade e parece que a administradora não defende os interesses nem dos locadores, nem dos seus locatários. Ao invés de mediar a relação entre as duas partes, apenas atrapalha, criando ruídos de comunicação e dores de cabeça desnecessárias.
I corroborate Isabella's testimony. Extremely bureaucratic service, lack of cordiality and it seems that the administrator does not defend the interests of neither the landlords nor their tenants. Instead of mediating the relationship between the two parties, it just gets in the way, creating unnecessary communication noises and headaches.
