★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma falta de respeito e compromisso totais para com o cliente. Liguei e encomendei um verniz por volta das 12:30H do dia 09/12, me informaram que a entrega seria realizada no mesmo dia. As 15:40H liguei questionando se havia uma previsão de entrega para poder programar o resto da tarde, e me informaram que não havia previsão além da entrega ser feita aquela tarde mesmo.
Às 18H entrei em contato com a loja novamente, questionando se a entrega ainda seria realizada, e fui informado de que a entrega tinha sido programada desde o começo para o dia seguinte. Questionei o fato de terem me garantido duas vezes naquela tarde que a entrega seria realizada no mesmo dia, mas a atendente garantiu que a entrega havia sido programada desde o início para o dia seguinte e me garantiu que iria solicitar que a entrega fosse a primeira a ser realizada e até as 08:30H (após falar com o gerente da loja)
As 08:10H da manhã, entrei em contato com a loja para confirmar se a entrega já havia saído, e a atendente (a mesma que havia garantido que a entrega seria feita no dia anterior) informou que não garantem horários de entrega e que eu teria de esperar. O pedido foi cancelado.
A total lack of respect and commitment to the customer. I called and ordered a varnish at around 12:30 pm on 12/09, they informed me that the delivery would be made on the same day. At 3:40 pm I called asking if there was a delivery schedule to be able to schedule the rest of the afternoon, and they informed me that there was no schedule other than the delivery being made that afternoon.
At 6 pm I contacted the store again, questioning whether delivery would still be made, and I was informed that delivery had been scheduled from the beginning to the following day. I questioned the fact that I was assured twice that afternoon that the delivery would be made on the same day, but the attendant assured that the delivery had been scheduled from the beginning to the next day and assured me that I would request that the delivery be the first to be held until 08:30 (after talking to the store manager)
At 08: 10H in the morning, I contacted the store to confirm that the delivery had already left, and the attendant (the same one who had guaranteed that the delivery would be made the day before) informed that they do not guarantee delivery times and that I would have to wait. The order has been canceled.
