We were very well attended by TODESCHINI, mainly by the saleswoman and architect Renata with her charisma score 10. We did the whole house, from closet, bedrooms, home, kitchen, gourmet area, everything was wonderful and more than we expected. The installation staff are very polite, quick and after-sales, anyway ... We are very satisfied with the quality and good taste of TODESCHINI. Congratulations to all TODESCHINI team !!!

Desde a idealização do projeto com nossa arquiteta Adriana Fontana e a equipe da loja, em especial a Fabíola e Janete, até a aprovação final e montagem, fomos extremamente bem atendidos, com muita dedicação, profissionalismo, com equipe atenciosa e sempre disposta a ajudar nas decisões. Além da qualidade dos móveis Todeschini, a apresentação do projeto de forma virtual e o conhecimento da projetista Fabíola facilitaram a escolha dos materiais e acabamentos para cada ambiente. Como estávamos em pandemia, as decisões foram todas virtuais, com muito auxílio da equipe da loja. A montagem foi realizada por excelentes profissionais, da equipe do Manoel, de forma rápida e com ótimo acabamento. Enfim, o resultado ficou exatamente como idealizado por nossa família e proposto por nossa arquiteta, que também teve um papel muito importante. A equipe de manutenção, liderada pelo Geison, também é muito atenciosa e profissional. Atendem de forma rápida os pequenos ajustes que são necessários após a montagem. As we were in a pandemic, the decisions were all virtual, with a lot of help from the store staff. The assembly was performed by excellent professionals, from Manoel's team, quickly and with great finish. Anyway, the result was exactly as idealized by our family and proposed by our architect, who also played a very important role. The maintenance team, led by Geison, is also very attentive and professional. Quickly meet the small adjustments that are necessary after assembly. Ela fez um projeto sensacional, entendeu exatamente minhas necessidades, sugeriu cores e adaptações, readaptou o projeto todas as vezes que eu pedi. Toda a relação que tive com a empresa foi ela que organizou, mesmo quando não era da alçada dela. Fiz todos os móveis do apartamento novo com eles e já mandei fazer outros complementos. O atendimento é muito profissional, os móveis são muito bem acabados e fortes, a colocação é impecável. A equipe de montagem merece destaque, já que foram muito solícitos no momento da instalação, realizando ajustes que só se percebe na hora da montagem. Ainda que tenha havido alguns imprevistos em razão da pandemia, os benefícios superam em muito qualquer outro tipo de contratempo. Contratar uma empresa sólida faz a diferença em tempos difíceis.

I made all the furniture in the new apartment with them and already had other accessories made. The service is very professional, the furniture is very well finished and strong, the placement is impeccable. The assembly team is noteworthy, since they were very helpful at the time of installation, making adjustments that can only be noticed at the time of assembly. Although there were some unforeseen events due to the pandemic, the benefits far outweigh any other type of setback. Hiring a solid company makes a difference in difficult times.
