★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento bom somente durante a venda, pagou, já era. Fiz a compra com a promessa de entrega quase dois meses depois. Aceitei, leiga, sem experiência... mas comecei a perceber que outras empresas estavam cumprindo suas entregas com prazo muito menor. Aguardei e data prevista e ao questionar, prorrogaram com a informação de que iriam entrar em contato comigo naquele momento para informar. Me deram o prazo até dia 01/02, chega no dia dia 01/02, recebo um comunicado de que os funcionários estão com covid. Mas sempre estiveram? Se a demanda estava alta, porque não finalizar ou amenizar para continuar vendendo? Já paguei 3 parcelas da fatura do cartão e meu projeto não foi entregue. Minhas coisas estão em caixas de papelão. Não recomendo a empresa!!! Não se iludam!!!!!!

Accepted, lay without experience ... but I began to realize that other companies were fulfilling their deliveries much less run. I waited and expected date and the question, extended with the information they would contact me at that time to inform. I was given the deadline until day 01/02, comes on the day 01/02, get a statement that employees are with covid. But they have always been? If demand was high, why not terminate or mitigate to continue selling? 3 already paid invoice portions of the card and my project was not delivered. My things are in cardboard boxes. Not recommend the company !!! Make no mistake !!!!!!

The project was delivered ahead of schedule and the price was the best I found in the west side market, I highly recommend it! Thank you so much for the project and especially the seller Viviane, very attentive and professional.

Péssimo acabamento, a cor não veio a q pedi e eles não trocaram, veio 3 portas com defeito e uma imenda horrível e fora o atendimento pós venda q é péssimo eles só me atenderam bem antes e na hora da compra, depois t tratam como nada!!! Pior loja que jà comprei, não indico...insatisfação total!?
I hated it!!! Terrible finish, the color didn't come here when I asked for it and they didn't change it, it came 3 defective doors and a horrible immend and besides the after sales service it's terrible they only attended me well before and at the time of purchase, then they treat me like nothing! !! Worst store I've ever bought, I don't indicate...total dissatisfaction!?

comprei os móveis para o ateliê e durante a venda, nossaaaa tudo maravilhoso! seria entregue no final de janeiro.tirei férias para ficar tudo organizado, mas só me entregaram hoje. faltando peça; e só entregaram pq tivemos que reclamar, perguntar. E ainda dizem que não sabem da informação, pq é com a transportadora. A empresa tem tudo pra ser excelente porém só querem a venda!

I bought the furniture for the studio and during the sale, wow, everything is wonderful! it would be delivered at the end of January. I took a vacation to get everything organized, but they only delivered today. missing piece; and they only delivered because we had to complain, ask. And they still say they don't know the information, because it's with the carrier. The company has everything to be excellent but they just want to sell!
disappointed!!!!
