★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst airline in the world. They canceled my flight and put me on this broken bus that almost killed us. The 6 hour drive took 11 hours because the tire exploded. Azul has never given my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I booked flights between Campinas and Bonito with Azul. Due to renovations of the Bonito Airport, these flights were changed by Azul to arrive/depart from Campo Grande. This is where the problems begin.
Upon arrival in Campo Grande we were not given any information about the transport arrangements to Bonito, we had to ask at the information desk, where we were told it was being handled by a company called Vanzella Transportes, for which I have left a similar review. This was only a minor inconvenience compared to what occurred when we were leaving Bonito.
We had been told by a Vanzella driver that a bus would pick us up from our accomodation at 03:40, as our flight was departing at 09:55. No bus arrived. When we called Azul at approximately 04:10, we were told that the bus was delayed by people needing to stow their bags, but that it was on its way. They LIED. I doubt they even managed to get in contact with Vanzella at that time - we couldn’t. So we missed our flight. Azul changed our flight to a later time, and acted as if it was a favor. They also used the excuse that it was the fault of the third party (Vanzella), which may have been true, but ultimately it comes down to Azul. It should not have been up to us to contact Vanzella in any way.
We are currently waiting to hear back from Azul about some sort of compensation - they tried to offer us R$200 vouchers, which are useless to us since we do not reside in Brazil.
Regardless, no form of compensation will return the time we lost, or erase the frustration which marred an otherwise enjoyable trip to Bonito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friends, never fly Azul Brazilian Airlines the company's customer service skills are terrible. They don't care about their customers. It was 2 hours before my flight and I could not find anyone who works for Azul at the ticket counter or anywhere in MCO airport. No worker that i asked at the airport could find anyone working for Azul either. When I called your company the man I spoke to asked me what is he supposed to do. He was not helpful and did not care about my situation at all. He just told me to buy another ticket. I asked to speak to his supervisor multiple times and he refused many times. Finally he said he would transfer me to his supervisor but instead he hung up on me. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I will never fly Azul again.
