★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou dar 5 estrelas, principalmente pelo tratamento dos comissários de bordo, pois minha viagem de retorno no último dia 28/03/2022 foi super demais.
Mas tenho que relatar algo incomum e que me trouxe desgosto nesta viagem de ida no dia 22/03, pois já havia marcado a minha viagem e lugares antes com a Dayane da azul que por sinal tratou-me muito bem, e quando cheguei no aeroporto de confins a atendente disse que a aeronave estava cheia e não tinha lugar para mim e minha esposa, tentei explicar e a atendente só ficava repetindo " entendi" e saiu por alguns 15 minutos e voltou relatando que tínhamos que correr pois tinham nos colocado em um voo da Gol e já ia sair. Muito desagradável ter que sair as pressas com minha esposa e nós acomodar em outra aeronave.
Ao chegar nesta aeronave outra surpresa!! Ficamos separados vistos que queríamos nos amparar um no outro e por termos esta necessidade e por ser minha esposa separada de mim em um voo que planejamos.
Quando ao voo da gol vou relatar lá também que foi muito ruim e com uma aterrisagem horrível!!
Então fica aqui meu relato de desgosto na ida, que quase estraga minhas férias planejadas e esperadas.
I will give it 5 stars, mainly for the treatment of the flight attendants, because my return trip on the last day 03/28/2022 was super awesome.
But I have to report something unusual and that brought me displeasure on this outward trip on the 22/03th, as I had already booked my trip and places before with Dayane from azul who, by the way, treated me very well, and when I arrived at the airport the attendant said that the aircraft was full and had no place for me and my wife, I tried to explain and the attendant just kept repeating "I understand" and left for some 15 minutes and came back reporting that we had to run because they had put us in a Gol flight and was about to leave. Very unpleasant to have to leave in a hurry with my wife and we will be accommodated in another aircraft.
Upon arriving on this aircraft another surprise!! We stayed apart because we wanted to support each other and because we had this need and because my wife was separated from me on a flight we planned.
As for the Gol flight, I will also report that it was very bad and with a horrible landing!!
So here's my account of heartbreak on the way, which almost ruins my planned and expected vacation.

Lenta, ineficiente, pois de que adianta CHECK-IN antecipado se você nao consegue imprimir o cartão de embarque e tem de entrar na fila de todo jeito e mofar esperando?
De que adianta o CHECK-IN online se você não consegue a segunda via do cartão de embarque, mesmo quando o problema foi do site e atualizou a página sem emitir o QR code do cartão?
Exercite a sua paciência, irá precisar.
