No ato da compra paguei pela escolha do assento. Estou tentando fazer o check-in pelo app e no site, Mas o sistema da GOL quer cobrar novamente o valor do assento aonde já esta marcada e PAGO!.
Não é a primeira vez que passo raiva com a Gol, mas hoje definitivamente não viajo mais por essa Cia, devido essa grande falta de comprometimento com o Cliente. JAMAIS vou indicar para alguém sobre os serviços de má qualidade. E quando alguém me pergunta; "Viajar pela gol é bom?" Minha resposta sempre será a mesma; "Não perca seu tempo e o seu dinheiro, pois é uma péssima companhia para viajar e não tem respeito nem comprometimento pelo Cliente!.
 They canceled my flight, where I was sent a link to change my ticket to another flight, until then, everything.
At the time of purchase I paid for the seat choice. I'm trying to check in through the app and on the website, but GOL's system wants to charge the seat again where it's already booked and PAID !.
It is not the first time that I am angry with Gol, but today I definitely do not travel for this Company anymore, due to this great lack of commitment to the Client. I will NEVER tell anyone about poor service. And when someone asks me; "Is traveling on goal good?" My answer will always be the same; "Do not waste your time and money, as it is a terrible company to travel and has no respect or commitment by the Customer !.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizemos o check in pelo celular e infelizmente pegamos muito trânsito e chegamos 30 minutos do vôo e não deixaram a gente embarcar, atendente perguntou para suposta gerente e ela disse eu cobraria outra passagem e assim foi feito. Anteriormente tinha um casal que estava na mesma situação só que tinha ido comer não foi cobrado nada. Achei um falta de respeito conosco.
We checked in by cell phone and unfortunately we got a lot of traffic and we arrived 30 minutes from the flight and were not allowed to board, the attendant asked the alleged manager and she said I would charge another ticket and so it was done. Previously there was a couple who were in the same situation, but they had gone to eat, nothing was charged. I found a lack of respect with us.

At least today the 05th of the 01th of 2022 is being chaos. All flights having multiple passengers missing flights. Just a lame excuse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A GOL é uma das maiores companhias aéreas em operação no Brasil e o atendimento no balcão é bom. Mas o sistema utilizado parece um pouco antigo, porque você pode ter problemas com os opcionais adquiridos no site.
No meu caso, tinha comprado uma bagagem extra (23kg) no site para a ida e volta, mas o funcionário não identificava a compra no sistema deles. Felizmente, eu estava com o comprovante de compra no celular e pude mostrar ao funcionário.
GOL is one of the largest airlines operating in Brazil and the service at the counter is good. But the system used seems a little old, because you may have problems with the options purchased on the site.
In my case, I had purchased an extra bag (23kg) on the website for the round trip, but the employee did not identify the purchase in their system. Fortunately, I had the proof of purchase on my cell phone and was able to show it to the clerk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gol Airlines (the orange airlines) is a low cost airlines from Brazil.
I had a nice experience with Gol at Recife Airport,the people was very nice with me. My flight was not bad for a low cost, for sure they don’t provide food in the flight just water. So what you expected from a low cost? The crew also was very nice!
