Horrible! They cannot solve anything, leave everything in their hands, do not return emails or calls, zero professionals. Total neglect! Closing a contract with this real estate company is sure to be a headache!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado ao fechar imóveis com essa imobiliária, eles querem cobrar tudo do locatário, até mesmo a conta de energia no período em que eu não estava maias no imóvel eles quiseram cobrar. Se for essa a imobiliária do seu locatário fuja para não ter problemas.
Be careful when closing properties with this real estate, they want to charge everything to the tenant, even the energy bill when I was not in the property they wanted to charge. If this is your tenant's real estate, flee to avoid problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FUJAM DESSA IMOBILIÁRIA!!! Essa foi a PIOR imobiliária que já aluguei apto em toda minha vida!!! Me entregaram um apto no Cond. Project Home que o apto estava um LIXO de tão sujo, simplesmente acabado, com vaso sanitário inutilizável, sem chuveiro, lâmpadas queimadas, portas dos armários caindo, pia do banheiro caindo, quarto e banheiro com mofo, parecia o apto do terror! Vim de outro Estado pra morar em SP capital e não pude ver o apto antes de pegar as chaves para alugar, quando vi o estado do apto eu tentei devolver as chaves logo depois que peguei, mas me falaram que eu não podia devolver, pois já eu tinha assinado o contrato. Pedi pra fazer as melhorias necessárias no imóvel pra eu poder morar dignamente durante algum tempo, permitiram, mas não abateram nenhum valor no aluguel e nem na multa contratual quando precisei sair do apto! O apto dava mofo no quarto e no banheiro, não tinha condições NENHUMA de continuar lá! Apesar de ter ficado lá durante 07 meses pagando aluguel, condomínio, IPTU, água, gás, luz, tudo em dia, deixei tudo pago quando saí, mesmo assim me cobraram a multa contratual e não fizeram NENHUM esforço pra conversar com o proprietário pra aceitar as benfeitorias em troca do valor da multa. Resultado: morei mal durante 07 meses, tive prejuízo porque perdi todas as melhorias que fiz no apto (valor alto por sinal) e ainda tive que pagar a multa integral, me prometeram parcelar e depois que entreguei as chaves recebi um boleto com a multa pra pagar de uma vez só! Nessa imobiliária só tem funcionários incompetentes, arrogantes, desumanos, incompreensivos, péssimos profissionais, não tem a mínima preocupação com as pessoas, só pensam no dinheiro!!! Se pudesse dar ZERO na avaliação eu daria!!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY!!! This was the WORST real estate I have ever rented an apartment in my entire life!!! I was given an apt in Cond. Project Home that the apartment was so dirty, just finished, with unusable toilet, no shower, burnt lamps, cabinet doors falling, bathroom sink falling, room and bathroom with mold, it looked like the apartment of terror! I came from another state to live in SP capital and I couldn't see the apartment before getting the keys to rent, when I saw the state of the apartment I tried to return the keys right after I got it, but they told me I couldn't return it, because I already I had signed the contract. I asked to make the necessary improvements to the property so I could live with dignity for a while, they allowed, but they didn't deduct any value from the rent or the contractual fine when I needed to leave the apartment! The apartment was moldy in the bedroom and bathroom, it had NO conditions to stay there! Despite having stayed there for 07 months paying rent, condominium, IPTU, water, gas, electricity, everything up to date, I left everything paid when I left, even so they charged me the contractual fine and made NO effort to talk to the owner to accept improvements in exchange for the fine. Result: I lived badly for 07 months, I had a loss because I lost all the improvements I made to the apartment (high value by the way) and I still had to pay the full fine, I was promised to pay in installments and after I handed over the keys I received a ticket with the fine for pay at once! This real estate company only has incompetent, arrogant, inhumane, incomprehensible, terrible professionals, they don't have the slightest concern for people, they only think about money!!! If I could give ZERO in the review I would!!!
