Ao fazer uma sala com a empresa, múltiplas cadeiras vieram pensas, uma com encosto descolando; o buffet veio instalado com os pés errados e após informado, forçaram por pés novamente diferentes do pedido; a mesa tem tampo de vidro colado apenas nas pontas e por o mínimo de peso sobre ela o vidro partiu por não estar totalmente apoiado (e ainda tivemos que pagar mais um fortuna pelo novo vidro, e a instalação do novo danificou a mesa). Sempre que mandamos qualquer um desses problemas para ser corrigido, a empresa não nós atualizava e tínhamos que ligar para saber a situação do pedido.
A equipe de instalação, em tempos de pandemia, vieram sem higienização para suas botas e não trouxeram todo o equipamento necessário pro serviço, solicitando ao cliente.
Ao cobrar o preço de alto padrão, entregam material de alto padrão mas um serviço que deixa muito a desejar. Não recomendaria a marca a ninguém.
For the price charged for high standard furniture, the service leaves much to be desired.
When making a room with the company, multiple chairs came dressing, one with a back taking off; the buffet came installed with the wrong feet and after being informed, they forced it by feet again different from the order; the table has a glass top glued only at the ends and due to the minimum weight on it, the glass broke because it was not fully supported (and we still had to pay another fortune for the new glass, and the installation of the new one damaged the table). Whenever we sent any of these problems to be corrected, the company did not update us and we had to call to know the status of the order.
The installation team, in times of pandemic, came without cleaning their boots and did not bring all the necessary equipment to the service, asking the customer.
When charging the high standard price, they deliver high standard material but a service that leaves much to be desired. I would not recommend the brand to anyone.
