★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Além de tudo ser de baixa qualidade e caro, comprei um ninho redutor de berço porém ao chegar em casa tinha ganhado um de presente, voltei na loja pra trocar e fui informada que não fazem troca, 2 dias depois da compra. Um absurdo pois também disseram que se a pessoa ganha algo de presente eles não trocam. Péssimo atendimento não sei como conseguem fidelizar clientes, pois no dia que comprei o kit berço da minha filha também o vendedor ficou o tempo todo com cara de poucos amigos como se não quisesse nos atender. Sempre prezo pela educação e respeito a todos pois sei como é difícil lidar com o público mas a loja não faz o mínimo de esforço nem pra serem simpáticos com os clientes. A menos que você chegue lá bem vestido e com cara de rico aí sim será bem atendido assim como eu vi e senti essa diferença.
 Besides everything being of low quality and expensive, I bought a crib reducer nest but when I got home I had received one as a gift, I went back to the store to exchange and was informed that they do not exchange, 2 days after the purchase. An absurd because they also said that if the person gets something as a gift, they don't exchange it. Terrible service I don't know how they manage to retain customers, because on the day I bought my daughter's crib kit, the seller was all the time with a face of few friends as if he didn't want to serve us. I always value politeness and respect for everyone because I know how difficult it is to deal with the public but the store doesn't make the least effort even to be friendly with customers. Unless you get there well dressed and looking rich then you will be well attended as I saw and felt this difference.

O atendimento poderia ser mais eficiente se disponibilizasse os produtos via e-mail ou WhatsApp. Preferi fechar negócio numa loja mais simples, mas que o vendedor se mostrou muito mais acessível
