★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Numa visita despretenciosa a loja (indicada por uma amiga arquiteta) ficamos encantados... foi uma pena pq já tínhamos comprado os móveis do quarto do nosso filho, mas cada item de decoração, tapetes, móbiles, luminárias, mantas são incríveis! Já comprei alguns itens de decoração (móbile e cabideiro), depois uma manta (super diferenciada, grande e de qualidade/grossa)... e já estou de olho em outras coisas... fora que o atendimento mesmo em momento de pandemia foi super atencioso!

 On an unpretentious visit to the store (indicated by a friendly architect) we were delighted ... it was a shame because we had already bought the furniture in our son's room, but every decoration item, carpets, mobiles, lamps, blankets are incredible! I already bought some decoration items (mobile and coat rack), then a blanket (super differentiated, big and thick / thick) ... and I'm already looking at other things ... apart from the service even in a pandemic moment, super attentive!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou simplesmente fã desta loja!! Móveis maravilhosos, com design único e qualidade impecável. Além do atendimento nota mil, equipe formada por pessoas mais que especiais! Fui à loja no final de novembro do ano passado, com sete meses e meio de gravidez, e a Natália me atendeu com todo carinho e atenção. Conseguimos montar todo o projeto do quartinho em algumas horas e fazer com que chegasse aqui em Criciuma/SC antes do nascimento do meu filho no início de janeiro. Todo o quarto do meu filho é da Ameise e não tem uma pessoa que veja e não fique completamente apaixonada!
Um agradecimento especial por toda atenção e carinho da Natália e Wilian (Loja), Rodrigo (Logística) e Penélope (Financeiro).

I'm just a fan of this store !! Wonderful furniture, with unique design and impeccable quality. In addition to the thousand-note service, a team of more than special people! I went to the store at the end of November last year, seven and a half months pregnant, and Natália attended me with all the care and attention. We managed to set up the whole project for the little room in a few hours and make it arrive here in Criciuma / SC before my son's birth in early January. My son's whole room is by Ameise and there is no one to see and not be completely in love!
A special thanks for all the attention and affection of Natália and Wilian (Store), Rodrigo (Logistics) and Penélope (Financial).
My super recommendation for everything that is Ameise !!! ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Móveis lindos que desmontam inteiros com pouco tempo de uso. Compramos um berço, uma cômoda e uma cama. O berço continua bem, a cômoda está com todas as gavetas desmontando e com os trilhos todos quebrados, e a cama não tem mais pés, fica no chão porque os pés se soltaram todos (parafusados em madeira barata). Lindos móveis, mas não duram nada, infelizmente.
Beautiful furniture that disassembles whole with little time of use. We bought a cot, a dresser and a bed. The cradle continues well, the dresser has all the drawers dismantled and the rails are all broken, and the bed has no more feet, it remains on the floor because the feet have all come loose (screwed into cheap wood). Beautiful furniture, but it doesn't last, unfortunately.

I bought a crib and received it quickly, before the delivery deadline, in perfect condition. The crib is wonderful and appears to be of excellent quality! Most beautiful wood I've ever seen. Thanks to all attendants, employees and others involved in the manufacturing. God bless?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho um modelo de berço que já saiu de linha, perdi uns parafusos do mesmo e precisava montar logo pois o bebê estava pronto para nascer. Enviei uma mensagem a loja e expliquei a situação. Paguei um pequeno valor e me enviaram em tempo recorde um novo kit completo com todos os parafusos necessários.
I have a crib model that has already been discontinued, I lost some screws and needed to assemble it soon because the baby was ready to be born. I sent a message to the store and explained the situation. I paid a small amount and they sent me a new kit complete with all the necessary screws in record time.

A montagem aconteceu super rapido e sem deixar nenhuma bagunça. Otima prestacao de serviço e atendimento a uma cliente de “segunda mao.”.
I got a secondhand crib from Ameise and needed help putting it together. I called Ameise and they were extremely solicitous. They scheduled the assembly for the following day. The assembly happened super fast and without leaving any mess. Excellent provision of service and assistance to a "second-hand" customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nossa primeira compra na Ameise foi antes do nosso bebê Benjamin nascer, em 2019. Gostamos dos móveis escolhidos e do atendimento no geral. Em junho de 2021 compramos o kit mini-cama para o berço comprado. O atendimento e montagem também foram ótimos dessa vez. O bebê já não queria mais dormir no berço, então o kit deu nova vida ao móvel, e o Benjamin amou ter sua própria caminha.
Our first purchase at Ameise was before our baby Benjamin was born, in 2019. We liked the furniture chosen and the service in general. In June 2021 we purchased the mini-bed kit for the crib we purchased. The service and assembly were also great this time. The baby no longer wanted to sleep in the crib, so the kit gave new life to the furniture, and Benjamin loved having his own bed.
