Eu estava tão abalada na época que procurei a psicoterapia, ficava com medo de incomodar com mensagem fora do horário; mas ele sempre me tranquilizou que eu poderia escrever. Depois fui me desenvolvendo com o autoconhecimento, mas aquela fase inicial, ele chama de fisioterapia-emocional, foi onde mais me ajudou a "andar" novamente, é isso.
