★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento razoável, erraram o diagnóstico mas afinal, se quiser retirar o equipamento tem que pagar o orçamento... então fiz o serviço que, pelo menos no segundo diagnóstico, ficou bem feito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles me atenderam muito bem, foram muito honestos por não terem encontrado uma solução pro meu notebook. De qualquer forma, eles que irão me atender daqui pra frente pela honestidade e eficiência que eles demonstraram no atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu Note e pedi para fazer UpGrade e verificar placa de rede. Depois de consertado começaram outros problemas, retornei e disseram que tinha que trocar toda placa interna, que a maquina estava perdida. Levei para outra assistência para ter uma segunda opinião. Conclusão: só tiraram a placa de RAM instalada pela Casa do Notebook, o UpGrade que tinha feito, e o equipamento voltou a funcionar perfeitamente. Ou seja, de duas, ou são sabem o que estão fazendo com as maquinas das pessoas ou estavam tentando me enganar e cobrar por uma manutenção que não precisava. Tentei negociar mas não quiseram. Fiquei no Prejuízo, mas tudo bem, melhor 365,00; do que 2000,00 na placa mãe que queriam trocar. Simples, é só ver a nota deles no reclame aqui. Pena que não tinha me atentado antes. Ah...e colocaram um Windows pirata na minha maquina, não sei pq, se ele tinha um original da própria Dell, tive que pagar mais 150,00 para Dell, para voltar com o Windows Original.

Conclusion: they only removed the RAM card installed by Casa do Notebook, the UpGrade that he had made, and the equipment returned to work perfectly. In other words, two, they either know what they are doing with people's machines or they were trying to trick me and charge for maintenance that I didn't need. I tried to negotiate but they didn't want to. I stayed in Loss, but that's okay, better 365.00; than 2000.00 on the motherboard they wanted to exchange. Simple, just see their note on the complaint here. Too bad I hadn't tried it before. Ah ... and they put a pirated Windows on my machine, I don't know why, if he had an original from Dell itself, I had to pay another 150.00 to Dell, to return with the Original Windows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na casa do Notebook pois o meu, que é minha ferramenta de trabalho e estudo, estava instável.
O atendimento foi ok, mas tudo é muito lento. Para ter o atendimento rápido tive que pagar uma taxa de urgência (alta!). Mesmo assim, o diagnóstico só veio no dia seguinte e o conserto, que era só uma limpeza interna, levou mais um dia.
Fui atendido, e o computador está ok. Mas não fiquei lisonjeado, nada acima da média. Foi mais confortável que ir até a Santa Efigênia, lógico, mas lá a coisa seria mais dinâmica. Mesmo assim, devo usar outras vezes.
I went to the Notebook house because mine, which is my work and study tool, was unstable.
The service was ok, but everything is very slow. In order to have fast care I had to pay an urgency fee (high!). Even so, the diagnosis only came the next day and the repair, which was just an internal cleanup, took another day.
I was answered, and the computer is ok. But I was not flattered, anything above average. It was more comfortable than going to Santa Efigenia, of course, but it would be more dynamic there. Even so, I must use other times.
