O início da Bacio:
Tudo começou em 2009… Edo vem ao Brasil e se apaixona pela nossa cultura ao fazer trabalho voluntário em hospitais filantrópicos no Nordeste.
Ao retornar à Itália, em uma viagem com seu irmão Gigi à Portofino, reencontram por acaso do destino Nick, um grande amigo e amante de viagens, na Gelateria "IL Molo". Nick, que já havia morado no Brasil, decidiu embarcar com os irmãos em um plano que mudaria a vida de todos eles: uma gelateria de raízes italianas em terras brasileiras.
Edo e Gigi vendem um carro antigo, presente de seu pai, para financiar o projeto. Edo é formado por um mestre gelataio e viaja por toda a Itália descobrindo e explorando os mais autênticos ingredientes, fundamentais para um gelato extremamente delicioso e cremoso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior Bacio que já fui. Comprei um sorvete de casquinha ontem dia 27/11 e estava mole. Fora o atendimento das duas pessoas que foi péssimo. O moço queria acelerar minha mãe para ir escolher o sabor enquanto ela tava pagando. Estou acostumada com a bola bem caprichada em todas as outras lojas que fui e nessa veio uma miséria. Minha mãe comeu o de chocolate com avelã e pediu pra colocar em cima um avelã e a mulher grosseiramente disse que era enfeite e que não podia. Caramba um avelã não ia matar ninguém. Odiamos a experiência.
 Worst Potty I've ever been. I bought an ice cream cone yesterday 11/27 and it was soft. Apart from the service provided by the two people, it was terrible. The boy wanted to speed my mother up to go choose the flavor while she was paying. I'm used to having a well-prepared ball in all the other stores I've been to and this one was a misery. My mother ate the chocolate with hazelnut and asked to put a hazelnut on top and the woman rudely said that it was a garnish and that she couldn't. Damn a hazelnut wouldn't kill anyone. We hate the experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O sorvete da Bacio di latte na minha opinião é a melhor de todas. Eu amo sorvete! Eu sempre vou na unidade da rua Oscar Freire e na rua Dr. Melo Alves. Já fui na unidades do Shop. Ibirapuera, quiosque do parque Ibirapuera, na Paraíso na rua Des. Eliseu Guilherme, na unidade Top Center, na r. Rouxinol em Moema e na Vila Madalena na rua Harmonia. Eu e minha mãe viemos fazer compras nesse shopping e aproveitamos pra tomar um sorvete. Infelizmente a unidade do Shop. Patio Paulista tem o atendimento ruim e demorado. Em específico, o atendimento ríspido e sem vontade da atendente Luciana, que me deu troco em notas de 2 reais e moedas de 1 real pra uma nota de 50 reais. Comprei dois copos médios e veio super pouco sorvete em cada copo. Essa é a única loja que não segue com os padrões de qualidade da sorveteria Bacio Di Latte, fora o atendimento ruim! Eu queria provar o sabor de Colomba Pascoal e outros sabores, acabei só provando o de Colomba, pela má vontade em atender da Luciana, que tbem não ouvia o que eu pedia pois estava conversando com outra atendente que iria entrar. Eu sou cliente fidelidade da Bacio, tenho o pin, e não foi computado esses dois sorvetes que consumi hoje, passei meu cpf pra ela e a pontuação não aparece no meu aplicativo! Vcs precisam colocar mais atendentes eram quase 14h da tarde, uma fila enorme pra pagar e outra fila enorme pra pegar o sorvete. Lamentável! Vontade nenhuma de retornar nessa unidade!
Bacio di latte ice cream in my opinion is the best of all. I love ice cream! I always go to the unit on Oscar Freire Street and Dr. Mel Alves. I've been to the Shop units. Ibirapuera, kiosk at Ibirapuera Park, in Paraíso on Rua Des. Eliseu Guilherme, at the Top Center unit, at r. Nightingale in Moema and Vila Madalena on Harmonia Street. My mother and I came to shop at this mall and took the opportunity to have an ice cream. Unfortunately the Shop unit. Patio Paulista has bad and slow service. In particular, the rude and unwilling service of the attendant Luciana, who gave me change in 2 reais notes and 1 reais coins for a 50 reais note. I bought two medium cups and there was super little ice cream in each cup. This is the only store that doesn't follow the Bacio Di Latte ice cream shop's quality standards, apart from the bad service! I wanted to taste the Colomba Pascoal flavor and other flavors, I ended up just tasting the Colomba flavor, due to Luciana's unwillingness to answer, who also didn't hear what I asked because she was talking to another attendant who was going to enter. I am a Bacio loyalty customer, I have the pin, and these two ice creams I consumed today were not computed, I gave her my CPF and the score does not appear in my application! You need to put more attendants it was almost 2 pm, a huge line to pay and another huge line to get the ice cream. Unfortunate! No desire to return to this unit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bacio di Latte here is a bit different from the others. Be aware to wait a bit. I went there twice and my impression is that the ice cream here is not on the same level as in other Bacio di Latte stores, but still good.
