★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei em frente, a vitrine é interessante, mas o clima do local nem nos deixa saborear. Reclamações e brigas o tempo todo que estivemos lá! Não recomendo porque acho que lá não tem amor ao que é produzido, para nunca mais!
I passed by, the window is interesting, but the atmosphere of the place doesn't even let us taste it. Complaints and fights the whole time we were there! I don't recommend it because I think there's no love for what is produced there, ever again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fui no local mais de 1 vez, em todas o atendimento foi péssimo, o que até esperava pelos comentários aqui do Google. Ontem fui lá pela última.
Ontem cheguei e às funcionárias como de costume não atenderam, ficaram conversando entre si. Levantei e chamei elas algumas vezes, elas estavam a menos de 1 metro, elas ignoram. Uma delas chegou a olhar para mim, simplesmente virou sem falar nada e continuou falando com a outra funcionária. Desisti de ser atendida e fui embora para outra doceira a poucos metros, onde os funcionários te atendem.
Nesse local eles te tratam como se estivessem fazendo um favor, você tem que implorar para ser atendido e se você olhar para o chão do salão verá que ele sempre está sujo. É lamentável a forma de atendimento deles, se você for lá vai se arrepender, pois será uma experiência bem desagradável.
Respondendo ao proprietário: Não, eu nunca mais fui no estabelecimento de vocês e não irei nunca mais. Ao invés de mentir falando que eu continuo indo, você deveria se preocupar em melhorar o atendimento, afinal é só olhar as avaliações para ver que ele é muito ruim.
I've been to the place more than 1 time, in all of them the service was terrible, which I even expected from the comments here on Google. Yesterday I went there for the last one.
Yesterday I arrived and the employees as usual did not answer, they were talking to each other. I got up and called them a few times, they were less than 1 meter away, they ignore. One of them even looked at me, just turned around without saying anything and continued talking to the other employee. I gave up on being served and left for another bakery a few meters away, where the employees serve you.
In this place they treat you as if they were doing you a favor, you have to beg to be attended and if you look at the floor of the room you will see that it is always dirty. The way they are treated is unfortunate, if you go there you will regret it, as it will be a very unpleasant experience.
Replying to the owner: No, I have never been to your establishment again and I will never go again. Instead of lying saying that I keep going, you should be concerned about improving the service, after all, just look at the reviews to see that it is very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Precisei de um bolo para o aniversário da minha mãe, a atendente fez total pouco caso do meu pedido, super mal educada no telefone. Eu acho que um lugar onde se vende bolos, teria que se tratar com mais amor e consideração seus clientes, afinal um bolo de festa é para se celebrar bons momentos. Acabei cancelando meu pedido e pedindo em outro lugar.
Terrible attendance! I needed a cake for my mother's birthday, the attendant didn't care about my request, super rude on the phone. I think that a place where cakes are sold should treat its customers with more love and consideration, after all, a party cake is to celebrate good times. I ended up canceling my order and ordering elsewhere.

Os salgados também são bons.
As entregas são perfeitas, no horário, embalados com segurança.
Desde a pandemia eles tem feito bolos de 500gr que são perfeitos para as festas íntimas que tem ocorrido nesse período.
