★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O sorvete e maravilhoso! Maaaasssss. Meu atendimento foi péssimo. Eu e minha família fomos muito mal tratados pelas funcionárias, nos ofendeu muito, meu marido nem quis mais o sorvete. Eu ainda insiste e ela continuou discutindo. Fiquei arrasada .
The ice cream is wonderful! Maaaasssss. My service was terrible. My family and I were treated very badly by the employees, it offended us a lot, my husband didn't even want the ice cream anymore. I still insist and she continued to argue. I was devastated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive ontem 16/09/2020 na do shopping Vila Velha , péssimo atendimento , apenas 1 funcionária para cobrar e fazer a casquinha , o que é um absurdo pessoa mexer com dinheiro e a mesma mexer com alimento , péssimo atendimento funcionária mal humorada e sorvete horrível, pagar R$ 15,50 por uma casquinha ???era melhor ter comprado a do bobs por R$3,00 reais . E olha que já tomei várias vezes em aeroportos e era maravilhoso !
I was yesterday 16/09/2020 at the shopping mall Vila Velha, lousy service, only 1 employee to collect and make the cone, which is absurd to handle money and the same to handle food, lousy service, bad tempered employee and horrible ice cream , pay R $ 15.50 for a cone ??? it was better to have bought the bobs for R $ 3.00 reais. And look, I've taken it several times at airports and it was wonderful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento e organização das mesas é meio caótica, às vezes nem dá pra entender o que é filha e o que não é.
Os sorvetes são ótimos, bem padrão da marca mesma. Bem abastecidos, inclusive com as novidades da marca.
Fica bem no último andar do shopping, próximo das escadas.

The ice creams are great, very standard from the same brand. Well stocked, including the brand news.

E considerando que no pote pequeno vc pode colocar até três sabores, deixo minha sugestão para que experimentem! Na minha cidade não tem, mas em qualquer lugar que eu vá, que tenha uma loja ou quiosque, não deixo a oportunidade passar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O sorvete não tem o questionar, mais o atendimento por delivery horrível que nunca vi,, literalmente um desrespeito com o consumidor, fiz uma pedido numero 4456 no dia 28.11.21 as 14:56 e nada barato no valor de R$130, e até agora não chegou as 16:46, quem sabe um dia chega.
