Funcionários sem educação se reclamar !!!!!!
The Ice Cream Quality is excellent, however the Service at the Shopping Iguatemi Alphaville Store is terrible !!!!!! And I noticed twice, I wanted to give it another chance.... They don't know how to make Milk Shake, much less Whipped cream...
Rude staff to complain !!!!!!

My first service left something to be desired, in the last one I was surprised we can't judge for a single time, like it a lot, besides the coffee that was delicious, I can't stop talking about the ice creams that are delicious!!!!
